The gentalman at the Ontario store that helped us or DIDNT help us was awful. We went in to upgraded our phones and to get on the 5g network. He talked us into going to another provider.

My most recent visit was two days ago. As a recovering addict, I know and relate to going to work under the influence. I felt like sharing with the young lady but it's not my place. The constant scratching of the nose with no tissue hands instead. I recommend drug screening and help. Bad for business.

This place is horrible and they have terrible customer service! My husband needed a new phone and the lady in "customer service" made it so complicated and lied about the process because she hadn't been trained. Wouldn't you ask for help instead of making things up? The next day my husband went back in and was lied to again about needing a new phone case even though his old one would have fit perfectly. He quickly realized his old case would work and immediately turned around to take it back. They said no returns. What scammers!! Don't go here.

Not the same customer service I use to receive. The new guy at this location just sits behind the counter not professional at all. Visit other locations or simply take your business elsewhere because I know I am alone with my family.
