Nice place to delivery.No overnight parking. Appt at 5am, chkk 4:30,Empty at 5:30.They have lumper fee.

You cannot park here anymore. They have equipment all around dirt lot and a sign that says no overnight parking and no staging trucks. Only arrive at your appointment time.

I have scheduled multiple drops at this location and Chandler is always easy to deal with and unloading is quick and easy.
