I was in the store today and Becky was the cashier and was very rude when I told her I didn't want to crowd the people in front of me by putting my stuff on the conveyor belt. The store is crowded with unshelved items blocking aisle and the line was super long and she never called for back up.

Some things are not worth buying here as you could get better value else where especially with sales, but some things are.
Now they have other items which are more expensive than $1.25. Like $3.50, $5, $10. So be sure to look at the sections category prices.

July 25, 2024: manager was being so rude to me. Rushing us to get out of the store when it says in the Internet that the store closes at 10 pm not at 9 pm. There were no signs outside saying other wise. I would understand if they close the store but let us continue our shopping till we were done. Very unprofessional and threatened me that she was going to kick me out. I’m very disappointed I won’t ever shop here again

Save yourself the hassle goto a different one.
Used to prefur this one. I often have driven out of my way to come to this store of the 2 in Caldwell. Since new management it's not as nice as it was 6 months ago. Decided to give it another shot today. It kind of just stopped any and all future visits.
Walked in with 2 toddlers as a pregnant lady with a full bladder. I barley made it to the bathroom to see the sign that read key needed. I wobbled back to the front asking for the key to use the bathroom (only dollar store that locks out puvlic) before doing a large shopping trip.the staff member couldn't help me and paged/ tried getting help. The manager came out with a huge attitude. She was dressed in a pajama shirt talking on the business phone in what seemed to be a personal conversation annoyed to be interrupted several people needed her time, including a distributor and she had attitude with all of them. She was short and curt even to the teenage girl working. She announced, standing in front of the store, that their was no bathroom key in an annoyed tone to myself, 2 customers, the distributor and staff on shift. They have to have access to a toilet, so I directly asked what she suggested I do with 2 kids and a pregnant full bladder. She unempathetically told me to goto Freddy's who would want me to pay to use bathroom. Because of the wait just for her to say basically deal with it I embarrassingly almost peed myself in broad day light in front of the audiance of people asking for help. Normally I am pretty forgiving but this could have been avoided by a sign on the front door that says no public access.
Knowing te management is so guick to belittle and treat her guests, business partners and staff... I won't be shopping at this location. The downtown location has really cleaned up and middleton is still the best of all 3. If you can make the trip goto middleton.

This store is not properly stocked. The other stores are much better stocked and the employees have much better attitudes.
I live down the street and I come in just to get something and get out. No matter what it is, they are either out of it or it's in a box on the floor. And they definitely won't get it for you.
I don't know why I just didn't go down the street to begin with.
I just hate to patronize a place that treats me badly. And treats everyone else badly.

To store 6076 and the cashier I think your name is Lisa!! who on Thanksgiving told my senior Mother when she went back in to pay for one item (coconut flakes) after grabbing her $ on Thanksgiving to “hurry b/c she didn’t have all day to wait on somebody , I have work to do” then proceeded to attempt to take the product when my Mother tried to change cashiers you said “then I don’t think I want you in “my” store ever” after you were already rude and she said she no longer wanted your help! thus my Mom leaving with nothing! I KNOW you wouldn’t have acted that way had I been standing there!!! Shame on you!! I tried calling back to clarify the situation to the manager (it was one cashier, this Lisa) but someone refused to pick up the phone the second time so I could and repeatedly hung up the phone immediately after picking up, your store # was sent to complaints as well as your cowardice actions. You do NOT treat seniors this way especially my Mom!!! Grr* I see in the reviews this has happened before recently to another senior woman, how dare you, you should be more than fired , despicable!!!!! ?
