I waited for 5-10 minutes and got completely ignored!!! I kept asking for help, and nobody would help me they seen me but completely ignored me…..everybody that worked there kept ignoring me . I’m very upset, and I feel like it was discrimination. They literally acted like I wasn’t even there. Then, when I did get their attention, I said I have been been here waiting and you guys have been ignoring me that’s rude I am just gonna leave because that’s not the way to treat your customer and he literally just gave me a attitude and just moved the cones!!!! Didn’t even offer to Ask me what was it that I needed in the first place!! The machine was not working and I needed help!!!!! and he simply treated me very disrespectful today at 6 PM. I am very upset and do not deserve to be treated that way I Will never go to your car wash again!!! The Employee needs to be held accountable I am so tired of people disrespecting me because of the way I look Or simply because they’re having a bad day!!

We switched all of our vehicles from Mister Car Wash to Epic because Misters’s equipment wasn’t being maintained. Often times some part of the machine wouldn’t be working. Well, after two years of being an Epic customer, we’re ready to switch back. Your RF ID scanners are absolute garbage. Attendants are constantly having to manually enter the washes. When it’s busy, it’s even more frustrating because the lines don’t move in chronological order (people are waiting for help). Plus, your newest Nampa location does a horrible job. Whichever corners you cut, it was a bad idea.

I went for the " epic shine " and all the colorful foams , additives, water didn't clean my truck. The whole wall side didn't have towels. I had to go across to check and only one holder had some. No one was in the little office. There was only one person at the gates.

So I have been coming to the Caldwell Epic since it first opened and had 4 to 5 vehicles on the membership. Recently I had added a 2018 Honda to the membership. When I got the vehicle the stock rims were severely scuffed so I purchased new ones. I had the rims for approximately 4 months and had went through the wash several times. So one day I went through and toward the end of the wash I herd a awful grind or something I knew something happened so upon exiting I parked and immediately got a employee. My front driver side rim was damaged. I was so angry, the employee took a report and approximately weeks later I got a response they were not going to replace my rim. The manager offered 2 months free for the vehicle, I wasn't happy with that so cancelled all my cars membership and went to Blue Bird..which is closer and they have their water turned on for the mats all the time not conditionally. Much happier so be weary at Epic!

After 30 days, and between 6 employees, they couldn't get the tag reader to work, making every visit 3 times as long as it should be. When informing the manager (again) (also note, i was very friendly each time i raised the issue), he said if it's an issue that makes me unhappy I can cancel my monthly membership....so I did, much cheaper down the road and they do a better job. If you don't care about your business, neither will I....Other washes only require one pass instead of two at Epic. Without the hassle.This was the 2nd chance I gave them, they do a poor job all around.
