Introductory price was not labeled as that. Got three months at one price..... Prepaid. Called and asked them if it was an introductory rate and they told me no. The price I paid at the start is what I would be charged 3 months later. Then 3 weeks before new bill, postcard sent with the price doubled. Went front $75 a month to $150 a month. Needless to say I left. When I went in to tell them I was leaving, they let me know they could work with me to get a lower rate. but a little too late.The staff is wonderful but corporate is all about the $.

Really nice storage facility. Was able to fit my oldsmobile while i had it in there. Staff was really nice overall a great experience.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, but the price hikes are unreasonable. Will not be renting with Extra Space again in the future and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone looking for a long-term storage facility.

Great place to keep your stuff and the ladies that run the office are incredible. So patient, so friendly and so helpful. No reason to keep your stuff anywhere else unless you live really really far away. Thanks ladies

Highly recommend working with this company. They took great care in finding me the most affordable option around town and it wasn’t even close to the next competitor. The facilities were clean and secure, and they easily got me the units I wanted directly next to each other. Top notch experience from start to finish - shout out Chelsea for the amazing service!

Highly recommend Extra Space Storage especially if you're across state lines! It's affordable and the management works hard to make sure your needs are met! Chelsea was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and thorough! She takes a hands on approach to helping out the clients and her employees are friendly and knowledgeable. In today's service industry it's hard to find people who take pride in their work and care about the customer's well-being.

The staff was super accommodating especially since I was coordinating with my friends and realtor from out of state. Chelsea was especially friendly and helpful. The storage was clean,priced well and convenient to my home.

The staff at Extra Space Storage in Caldwell, ID were very nice and accommodating. A tour was given of the facility and of the units that I was considering. I chose one of the larger units. The move in special really helped with initial costs. The unit was clean upon rental. They have the locks and any additional supplies that are needed. Whenever I needed assistance, they were very quick to respond. I would highly recommend this facility for storage.
