We are very happy with the half beef we purchased. Each cut we have eaten tastes delicious with great texture and marbling. The beef and the wrap quality is perfect. The butcher provided great cut guidance and advice. We will definitely order from them again.

Had my cow done their for the first time in September of 2024, cuts where.nice packaging was.good quality and has nice labels on every pack. They are my go to.for.all my needs. Thanks Joslins
