I tried to make an appointment for my daughter to have her nails painted for her birthday and used the online booking option on the website. I submitted the request and later received a message back that the appointment was declined. Where there was a place for the reason given for the declined appointment, it was left blank. If the website had incorrectly displayed a time that wasn’t actually available and I was told that, I would have been okay with it. I don’t feel that this was very professional of this business to list appointment times as available and then decline without reason.

Not taking clients, not even for a trim. Seem’s to me if you’re that good. You’d want to keep clientele coming in. Maybe hire a few more stylists.

Brenda is absolutely amazing! She was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule at the last second so I could make it to a wedding on time and did a fantastic job on my nails!

Brenda has done my nails for the past seven months. She is very professional and thorough. Her salon is very clean and inviting. I look forward to every appointment! She does a super awesome job and I leave her salon feeling refreshed and lookin good. Brenda does an amazing job.. I had tried other salons, but I would leave with nails that looked like a weeks worth of grow out.. I could probably go 3 weeks between fills with Brenda because she does such a good job, but I love going in every 2 weeks.. kinda want to cry if I can’t ? my hands are super dry.. I’m a mom, so my hands are in water a lot.. but she even goes the extra mile and does a wax treatment if I’m extra dry.. what also makes the Southern Roots Salon awesome is Brenda. She cares about helping people look good, but she also cares about people. She is very sweet. Real Gem! I highly recommend Southern Roots Salon to anyone that has nails and wants to look and feel amazing.

I will never go back! I went and paid 60 dollars for my nails to be done and as soon as I left there were 3 gaps under most of my ''perfessional" nails. I went to get them fixed and she messed them up more because they came off the next day. She said it was because my nails were too short but every other place said they were perfectly sized so.
