Bad! I’m so irritated with my insurance company Allstate”you’re in good hands” no you are not. My husband was t boned and then two weeks later my son was rear ended and now I’m being told that they are not going to pay for my son because he is not on my insurance as much money as I pay every month which is ungodly my car has full coverage my son should be taken care of no matter if he is on my insurance or not I am not happy not one bit and the horrible thing is even if your in an accident and it’s not your fault you have to go through your own isn’t wich I think is a bunch a B.S! So am I happy about my ins no I am not!

We have been with Allstate for a long time now. We have both our home and auto policies with them. We have had excellent customer service with Angel, and she gets whatever our requests are, done super-fast!We originally were with another Insurance Co. before switching to Allstate, we saved so much money by making that change, and we are glad we did.My wife and I would definitely recommend Allstate to anyone!

Policy renewal was $65. Next thing I know $79 is pulled, no notice. Jump on the app and ask why my payment went up and they said I’d have to call the office. Call the office and they said I’d have to get on the app. Autopay does not mean you get to take whatever you want without telling me. I don’t even let my kids do this…

Raised my rates without any notice. When I asked in the app why they said I'd have to call. When I called they said I'd have to ask in the app, so nobody can tell me why. I do not like a company that takes advantage of autopay and will be finding a new insurance.

I love my people. I wish I could put my gal in the car with me when I talk to her on the phone. Always a laugh and good times as far as services I have been please have not had to make a claim yet but its almost a year my rates have dropped almost by half and I just feel appreciated as a customer.

I love working with All State and this office, very helpful! The rates are good and the billing is consistent, no surprises! His secretary demonstrates horrible customer service skills. When engaging in conversation she displayed a very aggressive demeanor within the tone she spoke in; I was simply attempting to ask her a GENERAL INSURANCE POLICY QUESTION which she was impatiently refusing to hear me out on.. to the point that she began yelling over me repeating the same sentence she had already stated before.

My car insurance recently took a big jump up and I cannot find any reason why this would happen. I have emailed twice now trying to get someone to respond to my questions and no one will return my email or call me. But they were Johnny on the Spot to get their monthly check. I'll be shopping for an agency that actually works with their clients

Go with GEICO instead, I dealt with Allstate for so long and they always either leave out details and you end up paying more or if they overcharge, they fail to respond further. Switched to GEICO and they’re awesome, not left in the dark and they’re on top of things.
