There’s one cashier here that’s plain rude. Got gas & some drinks and I’m trying to pick everything up while carrying my toddler in one arm; she didn’t even offer a bag she’s shoving the gas code at me while she can visibly see I’m trying to go as fast as I can. I love maverick but today was my last day visiting this one. I’ll go to the other side of Caldwell before dealing with that treatment again

Poor customer service. Won't even say hi. Fountain soda useto get a discount with reword card.

Whether in Bakker City, Oregon, or Caldwell, Idaho, the quality of Maverick adventure first stop is superb. The gas is priced lower than most gas stations. And, the indoor service, food and bathrooms, is exquisite. I am very impressed with the commitment Maverick has to its customers.

Got gas at pump 5 and the pump malfunctioned and sprayed gas on me and my car ♀️

Racquel worst manager ever. So bad I thought I had originally posted a review but don't see it so I feel a need to let people know how bad Maverick is at picking quality leadership. With Raquel behind the register doom is around the corner. Since her interaction I will share my story w friends and make sure Maverick is the last place they pump their gas! Avoid at all costs

You know how most of the Mavericks usually encourage people to use self checkout when they have lines? Well I just got to deal with a young lady in glasses over here at this Maverick who had a line of people and actually denied me being able to get cigarettes from self checkout, which you can get it most places. But I know the reason they did that self check out and we all know without rush hour looks like. You want to deny me cigarettes and take the possibility of not having customers. Because you do this in front of customers? Manager, you might want to talk to your lady running Friday mornings at 5:00 who actually said to go in and talk to you when you come in at 7:00

I went here on March 8, 2022 at 11:10 pm. Now I always come here with my wife. We always buy the exact same thing Monaco’s. We have never had a problem buying drinks. But last night I got myself the same amount of Monaco’s I always get I presented my ID and I wasn’t allowed to buy them. I’m sure it was because my wife looks younger than others but I’m sure judging someone by looks is unprofessional and rude. Your staff has gone down hill.

Used to love this location and the staff. Not anymore! They have unprofessional staff. I went in to buy a few things and the guy asked me for my id which was fine but then asked me for my boyfriends id as well when he was no where near me or buying anything. When I asked why the guy got very defensive. I won’t be stopping here anymore.

Unsanitary not clean. Restrooms totally unsanitized. Feces all over the toilet seats, no toilet seat covers. Told employees working there about it and they looked at us like we were supposed to clean it up. Have seen porta potties cleaner. Disgusting. And not one windshield cleaner had fluid in them. Told employees about that and all they said was "Thank you for letting us know". There was no Sorry about all that or nothing to that effect. Not going there again.

Card reader finally read my card after the 3rd try... also any card reader that locks my card and won’t let me pull it out is a thumbs down for me.
