Thank you so much once again to Medical Clinic Pharmacy! This pharmacy consistently comes through when I work with them in my role as a registered nurse. Yesterday, Sarah in particular helped facilitate getting a discharging patient the medications they needed. I can't truly express how grateful I am to work with your kind, efficient, and knowledgeable staff!

I am very pleased with my experience at medical clinic pharmacy. There is a lot of stress for me when it comes to dealing with pharmacies, I'm always expecting some rudeness or dismissiveness if I act like a real person.
Yesterday there was an issue with my wife's compounded medication and medical clinic pharmacy replaced it free of charge same day. They did not question our motives or insinuate that we are trying to decieve them, they just did everything they legally can to help us. I really appreciate that, because my fear was that we would be perceived through a lense of mistrust
Medications are such an important part of our lives and it feels good to feel comfortable talking about them. Thank you so much!

This place was ok until they stopped taking Champva insurance .Apparently military families are no longer insured and accepted at this pharmacy.

As a nurse who often works with Medical Clinic Pharmacy, they have always been extremely helpful & have prompt service. I really appreciate them! They certainly are miles above Walgreens & Walmart!!

I received the wrong prescription. Tyler the pharmacist said I could take it back. He would correct it. Once the prescriptions were corrected he said he would not take it back and correct his error. I will have to be 30 with the wrong prescription.Response to your response. Per a telephone call, after i left the 33 minute wait in the drive thru line. Tyler indicated he would correct the problem, take back the wrongly issued medication. It was an error made, I brought immediately to your attention. Which depending on the medication, it could have caused adverse reaction/s. It also against federal law and common sense to issue the wrong medication. You do not claim to remedy an error, and not follow through.

This pharmacy is outstanding!! Everyone from all walks of life are treated with dignity and respect here. You will not be made to feel second class here no matter your insurance or prescription medications. This place buzzes with a warm sense of community and positivity. The people who work here all work together to get things done. I will keep my business here as long as I am close by in my life to come. Just so refreshing and inspiring. More places like this need to exist in the world because they make it a better place to be in. -Lisa
