They hire anyone here. Kids that aren’t experienced work at this location. I was treated so bad, I had to cancel my service.. poor girl thought she was winning her case by treating me like that. P.S if you need real help just call customer service they are smart and helpful ?

The workers at this location don’t know anything about phones. I went in and they looked clueless ?The girl there was very rude and couldn’t even answer my question. Please fire her and get better workers.

They waste your time. 2 and a half hours of my time. Two employees kept scolding the original employee who was "trying" to help me. How hard is it to activate the current sim into a new phone? Called customer service 4 times as well. Customer service 1-800 number was helpful. Not the store employees. They also tried to charge me $70 for a $25 activation fee that was supposed to be waived per customer service. Who even confirmed to the original employee. I went to this store twice today, they didn't even want to be bothered to help me the first time I walked in. The csr on the 1-800 number had me go back since the in-store location had to access my account. Customer service at this location was so horrible that they even started helping the next customer before finishing my transaction. They were not even trained correctly to "help" me. It was embarrassing they had to scold the employee in front of us. Then they told cash and card paying customers... "We can't take your payment." They don't know what they are doing!

Jose’s customer service is amazing! After having a bad experience at another Metro it was a nice to have someone personable. He set up my daughters first phone and made it a fun experience. Hope they hire more employees like him. Thank you?

Friendly and very exciting energy while interacting with the customers and even if you have to wait for a while to be helped, you are still acknowledged by employees and brought into the conversations that they are having, so you don't feel put on the back burner

Edgar was awesome help to me and my mom and he was very patient with all our questions. Didn't make us wear a mask and understood that my mom and sister have medical conditions and can't wear one. But came in today to pay the bill and the said they couldn't help us in less we had a mask which wouldn't of been a big deal for me but they were helping a guy in there who didn't have a mask on at all. Very disappointed that they couldn't help me because I didn't wear a mask, but they had no problem helping another person who didn't wear one.
