I am very disappointed with t-mobile and their customer service. My wife went in to look at getting a new phone. She found what she wanted and while on the phone with me so I could hear she was told there would be a $201 down payment with her old phone as a trade-in. I said that would be fine if nothing else changed. In her excitement to get a new phone, she didn't look to see what they charged. I saw when she got home that there were 2 separate charges, one for $400 and 1 for $43. Also, they took my plan into something else and caused me to lose the tv service that I had previously had up til that day on my Netflix through t-mobile. When I came in to ask what had happened and why. The person behind the counter took 30 minutes of working the calculator to come up with his best idea of how that happened, but mostly said, "I'm not really sure." It sad to think I need to wear a camera or something just to hold these people to there word because end result was, if I'm not happy then I can bring the phone back with a $70 restock fee but the phone we traded in was gone already so we'll just be stuck with no phone and if I don't like that to bad.

Eddy at Caldwell T Mobile was awesome. He helped me get a new phone & his customer service & patience was way above and beyond any of my previous experiences. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does & knows. If you are in need or have any questions Eddy is your guy and he’ll take care of you!

My son bought himself a Samsung Galaxy S23. He told Dylan he would be sending me in to get one as well. Dylan told him I should be able to walk out the door with a phone, a case and car charger for $80-90. I went in a few days later. I spoke 1st w/a young man (wearing a D hat) told him I am not tech savvy so read him the text my son sent telling me which phone to ask for. He said that Dylan was familiar with that and he was with a customer so I waited. I also read my son's text to Dylan saying to get the Galaxy S23 and mentioned several times that I don't know anything about this tech stuff and that is why I read him my son's text. He had me pick out my case and he went through the process of switching all my stuff off my old phone to the new. I paid him the $91 and also turned in my old phone. When my son saw my new phone, he told me that wasn't the S23, that it was just an upgraded (to I 15 Iphone)...the next morning I texted Dylan at the # he had called me from (I was at work and can't make calls)..left a message explaining the situation. Never heard back so after work I called him and explained the situation. He said that I asked for the Iphone which is absolutely NOT TRUE!!!. I made it very clear more than once that I do not know the difference on these phones while I was there at the store. He told me he already gave my phone out and that to get the S23 I would have to pay for it. I have already given up my Iphone 12 to them plus $91. Why could I not just turn in the Iphone 15 he gave me? I read him the text from my son telling me what to get...when I first went in. And my son also told him when he bought his own phone. The main purpose for me getting the S23 was the camera quality and great zoom. My son and grandson (both went) know that I am a camera freak and I would love this. I mentioned that to Dylan as well. I am not happy with the way this went down, I am not happy that he is saying I asked for this phone, NOT TRUE....I am not happy with what I would have to do to get the phone I was supposed to get in the first place. To me, this feels very much like taking advantage of a customer. And I am afraid that if they did get me into the phone that I was supposed to get (after losing my old phone (in perfect condition) plus the money...that they would do something to my new phone to make it not work right, just to get even for a bad review. I could not be more disappointed in T-Mobile and the poor customer service. People-wise they seemed very friendly...service wise, left much to be desired. I don't like the phone they gave me as much as I liked my old phone, when I thought I was going to get this great upgrade. They should be ashamed. I LEFT THIS REVIEW. 5 DAYS AGO YAN.RODRIGUEZ ANSWERED HOW SORRY HE WAS AND TO EMAIL HIM SO WE CAN CHAT. I DID…5 DAYS ….CRICKETS AND MY REVIEW ISNT SHOWING, ONLY GOOD REVIEWS. DID HE POST THAT SO PEOPLE WOULD THINK OH HEY LOOK THEY ARE MAKING IT RIGHT? WHEN IN REALITY, IVE BEEN GHOSTED? IM WAITING Yan wrote to me about 10 days ago offering email address so we could chat about my problem. I did...no answer. I have since emailed him 10 times. No answer.November 22, 2023...I have written to yan.rodriguez92@t-mobile several more times...still no response from him. Time to hand it over to the BBB.

Don't go to any other location but this one. They are very experienced. I had a situation where 3 other locations could not help me i called online and they referred me to this location after they were no help. This team is awesome. They care and will go above and beyond for u. After over 10 years with tmobile I was close to switching and they are worth staying.

I came here the other day to get fixed up with 5g home Internet and it was just a great experience. The young man who helped me was called Johnny and he was awesome. He was so well mannered and humble. The whole place was poppin with an excellent vibe, I felt like I should grab a Corona and start dancing!

We went to the Caldwell T-Mobile. Worked with Eddy. We spent 4 hours in the store. After we spent 5 hours on the phone. He went way above and beyond for us. Very good customer service. Never had that kind of service anywhere.

We switched from Verizon (after many, many years) to T Mobile today. Eddy made the process easy & stress free for us. Highly recommend !!!

Went into get a screen protector since my insurance covers it. The representative told me my insurance no longer covers the cost of screen protectors, that all the locations had changed their policy regarding screen protectors and that I would need to pay for it. So I did, only to find out later he lied to me just to make me pay. These guys are scammers and liars. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Jonathan and Dillon were absolutely amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable! I needed help with my phone that I got locked out of they were able to fix it! I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks! They did it in less than 30 minutes!! Always go to them!!!

I have had ongoing billing account issues with the Sprint/T-Mobile merger, and I would have left months ago if it weren't for Eddy. Eddy has been the absolute best, and I cannot express how much I have appreciated his help. His persistence and diligence have been invaluable for resolving my problems - he made me feel prioritized and important as a customer. My introduction to a T-Mobile account has been really rocky, but if I know I have incredible representatives like Eddy to rely on, that's enough reason to stay.

Horrible store. Employees always in a bad mood & don’t want to do their job. As soon as you walk in you don’t feel welcomed. Only store I ever have issues at. Went to another store & they helped us no problem.

Awesome no pressure experience. Came in to get sim cards for watches I had purchased online. Alexis went above and beyond to get my set up and even was looking up information on how to pair the watches. I was greeted warmly and the employees were very attentive.
