Omgosh.... where are the words.Customer service in my opinion has fallen by the wayside.I have lost heart more times than I tell you over the industry and greed.I came to what I had experienced in the past a greedy pawn shop, I tell you now I called at least 5 before I came here.PAWN ONE is not a pawn shop it's more like a friend or even family member when your at your lowest.They gave me MORE than I asked for and most importantly when everything fell through, more than more time to not loose priceless belongings to me.They have a loyal customer for anything and everything I want to purchase.You can bet I'll call them first and say "hey do you have a" before I head out to a corporated chain to waste more of my precious time money or life.They gave me back some faith.

Brent was super helpful and easy to talk to. He helped us make sure our items were all in working order. The atmosphere was super comfortable and everyone treated us like old friends.

My daughter's "best friend" stole my daughter's Nintendo Switch and her VR Occulus, along with my son's VR Occulus. When my daughter realized that these items were missing from our home she went to Pawn 1 and was able to find the items in their possession. ( my daughter and her exfriend could see each others locations on 360 so she knew she had been there.) My daughter had proof using the serial numbers that these belonged to us. We were told to file a police report and they would put these items on hold. We filed a police report and the police officer had been there to confirm that these were ours and they were supposed to put these items to the side and hold them while they continued the investigation.One of the managers ended up selling one of our VRs knowing that this was a stolen item. According to the police officer this manager has sold items that were supposed to be held before. Not sure why this guy still has a job as a manager? I get that Pawn shops can't always know the difference between stolen items but when you have definitive evidence that you have stolen items and still sell them you are a shady bussiness!

Great staff, very friendly, helpful, clean store.I just don't want to pay almost brand new prices for things that come in used. Would definitely be 5 stars if they priced more accordingly.

Their hand guns are all stuffed together in one small display case so it was really difficult to see what they had. We waited a good 20 minutes before someone could help us since they were busy with other customers. The staff was kind though. Had we been able to clearly see their pistol selection then I would give it 5 stars.

Had a problem with a controller and Brent got me figured out within the 5 minutes of being there awesome customer service and would highly recommend working with them.

make sure if you get quoted a price from these guys you have them write it down. they will tell you that a offer is good to think about. till you go back and they offer you less then originally. don’t know why i thought i could expect more from pawn 1 but i guess they are just like the other shady pawn shops!

Do not buy from here we asked very specific questions about a wii my son so excited to buy on his own and they just told us whatever to make the sale we made to ask if he could get his money back if it didn't work. And they said yes as long as it's with in 24 hours we got it home it didn't work we brought it back and they were like nope sorry only in store credit. And when I told them there's sales man did not say that after I made sure to take they were just like well your wrong to bad. DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THESE THRIVES.

Bought 2 firearms, Brent, the store manager was amazing. Super helpful, and explained everything to us about each fire arm. Extremely professional and fair. Really happy with our purchase and experience here. Highly recommend.

READ VERY IMPORTANT:my mother pawned her father's ring for extra cash, she went to pay the pawn shop back and retrieve the ring EARLY and WELL BEFORE she was DUE to do so. The pawn shop staff was super condescending and rude. They told her they had LIQUIDATED her DEAD FATHERS ring, one of the LAST MOMENTOS she had from him. Even though she WASNT LATE AND WAS EARLY on her payment. Staff told her there was nothing they could do. Super UNPROFESSIONAL.
