“I have visited Rite Aid pharmacy and store section in Caldwel twice in the last week. Both times the staff was very nice, patient and quick to get my sons prescription ready. When I say quick I mean it was billed to insurance and out the door in probably five minutes. Exceptional service, genuinely pleasant staff (smiling and happy) and efficiently out the door quickly both times. I felt so Blessed that they were open on Thanksgiving, they filled my families need.”
“I had planned to move my prescriptions to a closer Walmart. I must say that the pharmacist, John, is amazing and has picked up the phone and called me directly three - four times in the last two months to make sure everything was being done to help me. Will keep my prescriptions there. Thank you.”
