The folks here are thorough, considerate and always happy to help. Their communication was fantastic. They got my truck's difficult repairs completed in a very timely manner as well as adding on an additional repair that was unknown until they got into it. Absolutely appreciate them all!

So I went and got new tires on 8/26 and I dropped my car off at 8AM and it was done around 11am but I had to wait to come get it. I got my new tires paid for them with snap finance.. long behold on 8/27 I am driving home from work after working 10 hours and my steering wheel starts shaking so I call this location in caldwell and the first guy that answered said oh you bring it down sounds like they need balanced ... and I have no problem with that I am in merdian they asked me to be there by 510 which I'm trying to drive as fast as I can without causing an accident the guy kept telling me idk if we will be able to do that. And from my eyes GOOD customer service would say " yes we can get that in for you today because that was on us not balancing your tires" what place doesn't balance tires after a customer buys BRAND NEW ONES, well I get there and the guy working said idk if my techs can do that today. Well at this point I'm PISSSED. We'll obviously they could cause he went and did himself he was very disrespectful and rude. I promise you I will not being going there ever again.. the disrespect is ridiculous I asked for a refund and he said "NO" I will be trying to get ahold of the owner as soon as possible trying to display what happened and why I won't be returning and that they should really work on Descalating situations instead of Engaging in it.
Terrible experience. I'm actually very disappointed and I heard great things.
Go ahead and go there if u don't want the job done correctly.
Absolutely disgusting.

Alecha is the best! Awesome and easy to work with. She got me the best price and if I was in charge would give her a raise, because she's the best in town over the phone or in person. The service also was fast and Facilities, nice.

My wife brought her chevy sonic in to get a new motor, the old one was bad from previous owners, so her warranty covered it. We brought it in to rodgers for repair a year ago and had to wait 10 months for them to get a new motor. The wait was uncomfortable but understandable. The problem is that when they finally did replace the motor and gave it back to us, we noticed the car was a little shaky when driving. We brought it back in and it turns out the motor mounts were bad. Hear me out now, we are already 2 grand deep for the replacement motor, and they wanted to charge another $750 to bring it back in and replace the motor mounts. Wouldn't a good mechanic know when they replaced the motor, that the motor mounts were needing replaced? From my perspective it seems like they are trying to charge us for a service they should have asked us if we wanted done while they were replacing the motor. I'm just going to replace them myself. Don't go here guys, you will get good service at the front desk, but the mechanics in the back are lobotomized and greedy.

Anytime I needed Roger's to fix my vehicle right away they have gotten me in right away and fixed my issue in a timely manner. The employees are extremely nice and helpful.

My experience was great! I needed a diag on my flat on weather it could be fixed or if I needed a new tire. They were able to fix it and have me in and out within the hour. They also didnt leave dirt marks or dirty hand prints on my light interior. That always makes me happy. Thank you for your great service :-)
