Very knowledgeable about the GMT-800 platform. Helped me figure out some issues with the body of my truck that had been bothering me for ages, and did it quickly too. Also sold me parts at super reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you are passionate about your Duramax, as these guys clearly are as well.

Super nice, super honest, really easy to talk to and work with.
There was an unforeseen issue with my truck a couple days after I bought it (I don't blame them for not knowing about. It was something you wouldn't be able to know about without putting a couple hundred miles on it) and Caleb did an outstanding job going above and beyond to make sure it got taken care of and was super on top of the whole situation. He was really easy to contact and communicated everything that was going on.
I will 100% go here again if I'm ever in the market for another truck in the coming years.

Very nice employees but I went to have my leaf springs replaced and they rushed the job forgot to tighten the nuts went to check the job the next day and found the nuts fell off and the bracket was shifting. If you love your vehicle choose another shop.

This review is for their service department. They've always been fair, honest, and communicative about any services I've brought my Duramax in for. Brian in particular has been great to work with. My only gripe is their location is 30 minutes away but the service is worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle from them if the need arises.

I purchased a 2016 GMC. On the way home from purchasing the vehicle the engine light came on. I called them immediately with no positive response. Took it to Kendal GMC and they let me know that the code had been previously cleared and that this truck had a bad transmission. This wasn't unknown to Silverado Auto Sales but left for me to handle on my own. They didn't say a word to me about any problems with the vehicle. I paid them high market value and now I am putting in an additional $6500 to replace the transmission. Enough said.

I bought a truck from them that they completely ripped me off on. The truck just kept having issues one after another

Caleb did a great job for me! I purchased a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban on-line from my home in upstate NY and flew out to pick it up and drive it home. Although the vehicle had high mileage Silverado checked it out and it made the trip home without incident (I replaces two tires as a precaution since I was using a tow dolly to bring my son's car home.) I would buy from them again!

Silverado Auto Sales went out of their way to help us buy our 2500HD. We were coming to look at the truck from out of state and we were able to make an appointment to see it on a Saturday. Tom and Caleb were both extremely helpful in dealing with our credit union and helping us complete the purchase. Silverado Auto Sales gave us the most pleasant car purchasing experience we have ever had. We are looking forward to enjoying this truck for years to come. Thanks again!

They could improve by actually performing service inspections they claim, or finding someone more capable of service inspections than they currently have. Selling a 4wd truck thats not 4wd and in need of a $1500 transfer case is not cool

The buying experience was great, but not even 20k miles and 8 months into ownership and I've put over $8k into my 2006 Duramax in repairs. From Injectors to a complete front end suspension and steering rebuild to my ECM going out. And now the fuel guage has stopped working. It only has 160,000 miles.
