Our washer broke at home and took many loads to be washed, clean, efficient, safe environment. I ended up forgetting 2 blankets in a washer. I searched when we got home and was heartbroken when I didn't find, one of the blankets especially, that was a gift from my mother, and then thru the years my son Caden would always steal and use because he loved how soft it was. From the time he was 4 or 5, to the time he was 16, when last year he was running and was killed by a car that hit him. I was more devastated then I let on. Today, one week after our visit, I called not expecting them to have the blanket....but they did. they had dried it and marked it with the date and put it in a bag for safe keeping (for up to 30 days). <3 the employee working there was so kind and I could tell she was genuinely happy that she could get my son's blanket back to me. It means so much more to me then just a blanket, and I won't forget the superb customer service I received. and if I ever need to go again, that will be the only laundromat I go to. thank you so much!!!

Just got home from Smiths Laundmat and what a pleasant experience.
Was VERY clean,and quite .
Jackie the attend was on the go all the time we were there,helping,cleaning,offering coffee,just a sweet lady.
He had the large blanket dryer stop heating, we never noticed it,but Jackie did,had us move to 3 other dryers which she paid the remaining time on.
When I have to go to the Laundromat I'll definitely return to Smiths

This is the only laundromat I'll ever use. It's always kept clean.Actually my mom brought me here to wash back in the late 70's and have our clothes dry cleaned by the ONE HOUR MARTINIZING they use to have. They always had those beautiful plants since back then. Best place to wash hands down!

Highly recommend. The business was clean, orderly, and friendly. Very helpful. Washers and Dryers were clean and efficient. The cost was also much better than other local laundromats.

Very CLEAN place! The lady who was working today on 12/30/23. She kept this place very neat & clean. She was also very helpful & very knowledgeable with the washers & dryers. You can tell that she really cares about her job.

It is clean and quiet. The machines work well. We have been coming every other week for the last 8 months and never had an issue with any staff being rude. I love that there are no kids allowed, it keeps the place quiet.
