I have been banking at this branch for quite awhile now and I really cant say enough about how excellently I have been treated. I honestly look forward to coming here because I am ALWAYS treated with such amazing kindness and outstanding service. As I walk in the door someone always calls out my name and asks me how I am. They always treat me like a dear friend rather than just another customer they have to endure. I have never once had an accounting problem or anything like that, my account is managed flawlessly and I have absolute confidence that my money is safe and available whenever I need it. In particular, there are two individuals there that I want to single out for their amazing warmth and kindness, as well as their very high standards of EXCELLENT service, I truly count them both as friends. The first is Lori, she is one of the nicest persons I have ever met in my life, she is super friendly and personable and she really knows what she is doing, she always takes a moment to make sure that I'm receiving the highest level of service, and to chat and catch up on life in general. Then there is Sergio, this young man is a rare breed, he really stands out in every category. Whenever I come to the counter, or to his desk, he always conveys the undeniable impression that he is genuinely happy to see me and to handle whatever I am there for. He is also quite competent in all that he does and makes the sometimes complicated tasks of finance easy to navigate and understand. We are both "car guys" and we always take a moment to talk shop regarding our latest projects and acquisitions. He is just a very high caliber person all around I'm grateful to interact with him every time. What more can I say? 5 stars all around

US Bank has little to no flexibility. They charge you overdraft fees all the time even for pending transactions. So basically I had already made the transaction but they just didn't put it through until a couple days later and then charged me an overdraft fee for it. They won't provide a credit card They won't provide a loan. I switched to a credit Union got a credit card and a small loan right away and have 3-day overdraft protection. If you want a financial institution that actually cares about your finances, don't go here.

Would give this branch a Zero. Been with US Bank for a long time. Got ignored by the manager when I asked him about investment products. Passes me on to a teller. When I asked the teller a question, he started another task. When you say can I help you, you don’t ignore and go on to something else. Horrible service!!!!!

AMAZING Business account service. We worked with the US bank 1- 800 number to solve an issue for one month. I called this branch, and they helped us solve the problem within Minutes. Kirsten was beyond helpful and amazingly pleasant to work with; she went above and beyond to help. Thank you.

This bank is such a fraud I opened a checking and savings account with them after noting a fraudulent 9.99 door dash charge on my account which I notified them prior to my transaction clearing that there was fraud on my account. Us bank decided to cancel my account with horrible customer service. While I am still awaing them to release my money in my checking & savings account. I highly do not recommend this bank to any one in idaho.

Are you kidding. I deposited a 900 plus dollar check on Thursday. It never showed up in my account. I will be getting to the bottom of this. Hopefully nothing bounces. Didn't find out till Sunday. We called customer service and they have no record of this transaction.

I have always gotten good service from pleasant employees at the drive thru. Customers have bad days and employees have bad days, it's a part of life. Why not ask a question, Are you alright? Can I pray for you? We are all human and need each others help from time to time.

You have one teller working and 15 customers in line at 1145am, some changes need to be made or close your doors

When there is two people working and there is a line. Once they got through the line there was only one person and the gal closed. Why not just help the customer then close? There was only one person waiting. Horrible customer service.

Took my 90 year old grandmother to the bank to get her rent money she lives in the country on someone's private property and they refused to give her any money out of her account unless she could provide them with a physical address where she lives has no USPS address and therefore technically she has no physical address to deny a 90 year old person access to their money because they don't have a conventional address is a crime I would not use the u.s. bank or this branch in particular and every person working there I'll be ashamed of themselves

Long line inside the bank - one teller on duty. The day and night teller was out of service and I was not able to access my account for a withdraw. This is a manager who doesn't give a damn about customers. Awful customer service.

Well, at least USBank has concentrated all of their ineffective "bankers" in one location. If you need business done, go to a different branch. Shame Marsing branch was closed while this one stays open. Failure by USBank. This branch flubbed our car loan. This branch cannot seem to execute a simple transaction. And the attitude from "Misty" when questioned about what services they could provide was less than acceptable.

I used the drive-thru atm to withdraw my rent money. As it was about to dispense the $400.00 I requested an error message was displayed say mechanical error (or something along those lines) followed by your card will not be charged. However upon trying to pull the cash again it said insufficient funds. I checked my online account & it did deduct $400.00 from my account that it never gave me. Now here I sit 20+ days later with no word on when this will be fixed. I have a us bank payroll card through my employer. I tried to call the actual Caldwell office & never get through. I called the us bank 1800 number & was told to call card holder services. My us bank payroll card company. This has been a nightmare. Atm's are counted regularly. When it was counted it would have been over $400.00. Prompting the bank to review the atm transactions where they would have found my transaction & the atm's error. Surely they know they shorted me by now. The charge should have been reversed immediately upon them seeing their atm's error. This feels very unprofessional & just wrong. I was told it could & probably will take up to 120 days for a reversal. Money has been tight lately & this caused me to be late on my rent. I should be reimbursed for my rental late fees & the $12.00 in fax fees staples charged me for the dispute forms I had to send in.
