My problem is neighbor keeps blocking mailbox. When code inforcement comes out I am the problem, that neighbor said she wants to pray there. Hope post office can offer some help with this as other options have failed

Still getting weird mail. I’ve lived here since 2023 and now there’s a new individual by the last name of Gutierrez? Never lived here while I was here. I’ve never received this mail.
