the pharmacist was very helpful and even looked into saving me some money on my script with out my asking. You just can't beat that kind of service. She didn't just act like she cared,she showed that she does and I appreciate that alot.

I've used the Walgreens on 10th Avenue, Caldwell for years. Although they are always busy, the staff always has been friendly and professional and when I occasionally had questions for the pharmacist, as busy as he has been, he always stepped away and kindly answered my questions.

I have great concern for the pharmacist Melissa competency to process prescriptions. She filled a script that read QID as daily. When I called to question the directions she said that was a normal dosing and it's the doctors office's responsibility to call it in correctly, even a tech would have recognized that Clindamycin is dosed every 6 hours (QID) and not daily. Straight up rude and dismissive. I will not be using this incompetent pharmacy in the future.

This Walgreens pharmacy seems to be always understaffed and some of the staff seem like they don't want to be there.

I dropped off a Walmart box with shoe return .. I had my phone with QR code, young girl maybe 23 took my box which wasn't taped shut .. did something on computer register , I'm still holding out my phone but she says ok . I said don't u want to scan this? She didn't pay any attention to what I said ... so I said r we ok ? Yep so I left box . I got a call next day saying it's not labeled . I said why didn't she hand it back to me ? It's so sad customers have to drive back to pickup boxes that cashiers are not trained or know their f-in jobs .. training , speaking to customers , since CoVID it's a sad state our stores r in to hire none caring employees !!!

Pharmacy lately has been terrible. They are short on staff. Staff always looks annoyed and rude on the phone. Decided to change pharmacies. They are also behind on transfers.

My scripts always take over a week to fill. I can't call in either because I don't have time to sit on hold for over ten minutes waiting for someone to answer. When you finally get through, they tell you to come back the next day to pick up. Lines aren't long, they just don't move. I recommend going to the Walmart across the street or the Walgreens down the road, because this pharmacist doesn't know how to manage, and the other pharmacies do just fine for me.

This Walgreens is always well-stocked but has frequently slow check out lines, often only one lane open even when there is a line. A great place to buy ice when other places are out or pick up a prescription. Very nice pharmacy staff and conveniently located.

Last week I had my covid shot scheduled and was called to be told that they had no shots available. I called yesterday to make sure they had them available so I can plan for getting my second shot. I was told they had them and to just come in the next day to get it. I show up at 530 and I’m told they are no longer doing shots for the night. This is so frustrating as the employee on the phone told me to come in whenever. I work until 5. I cannot make it in earlier and plan do it Friday in case I get sick or have any side affects I can get better before going back to work. This is very disappointing as you advertise walk ins welcome and promote getting a vaccine. Shame on you Walgreens for now denying someone twice to get the vaccine.
