What's the point of having a Pharmacy, if they're just going to hangup and ignore you. There are 3 pharmacies on that road...yall are NOT that busy to be hanging up on people, every. time. I. call. That's trash behavior.

Check your prescriptions before leaving the area ! Mine was filled incorrectly and Walmart Pharmacy will not take it back or fill it correctly even tho the error is theirs ! They want to charge me $36 again for their error ! NO Way this is wrong on all accounts !

I cannot believe the lack of customer service. This is my 1st review I've ever given because this is just ridiculous. I use this pharmacy for myself, and so far, I have had no complaints. My son was recently prescribed a medication, that at the moment has been hard to find. All I was trying to do was call the pharmacy to see if they had this medication in stock. I called at LEAST 5 different times, each time I called, someone would pick up the line and say, "sorry I can't help you" and then hang up! Absolutely unbelievable, I work in a veterinary hospital, and I cannot even fathom answering the phone and speaking this way. I understand there is a staffing shortage, but this is just unacceptable

My husband and I had appointments for vaccines when we arrived to the pharmacy we stood in line for 30 min. It was finally our turn and we were asked “may I help you “? We told the person we had appointments for vaccines. She registered my husband and when she finished with him she looked around and yelled out to the other staff members “We have some people here for their vaccines “. A man filling prescriptions raised up his head and hollered out to us “We ain’t got no one here to give no shots today”!! We scheduled them on line and had confirmation of that. I will not trust them any longer for my prescriptions or vaccines. They appeared very unorganized, over worked , had poor communication with each other and the customers they were very unprofessional.

If I could give it less of a star I would, this is the worst communicating pharmacy I have ever had. I'm switching due to the fact that the close earlier and I can't even get my meds on time but it's still filling an order I ordered the morning before. Now I'm going a day without crucial medication for my mental health.

I understand being understaffed. But why are they not outsourcing their phone calls? Some medications cannot be refilled through the app so we have to call or physically go in to wait in line for 30 minutes just to have them say it will be hours till our meds are filled. Then sit in line for 30 minutes to get those meds. Also no other Walmart have been able to get in contact with them for WEEKS. Which means we cannot transfer prescriptions over to another pharmacy without that communication. That is unacceptable.

Requested a refill on 1/3, my son has epilepsy and NEEDS this medication, everyday. twice a day. 1/11 still no update from the pharmacy, call to check and automated system says “‘no refill has been requested”, so I submit another. By 4pm no communication RX is ready, so I call as it was supposed to be available by 1pm, after a lengthy wait im told “oh. we stopped taking your insurance, tricare, last month.”For a trained medical professionals to negate informing patients of something so important baffles me. Not once, but twice requesting the SAME refill and not be contacted or have any attempt made to inform us of this and to allow a patients health and safety to be put at risk .. there is no excuse.I will never fill here again as it has been made so evident they have zero priority for patient care. It would have only taken a minute to advise this was no longer an insurance they accepted to avoid the patient being without medication for any duration of time.

Horrible service. Prescriptions sat on for he answering machine since 8:45 AM (15 minutes before opening) until after 11:00 AM before even being put in the line up. Told "20 minutes they will be ready" so I do a little more shopping as my kids home needing gauze changed out and his antibiotics he was supposed to start within 30 minutes of leaving the dr (left at 10:45). Go back at 11:20 and get told "20-30 minutes" so when I said Felicia told me 20 minutes 20 minutes ago I get told "we are short staffed due to people having covid"..... NO! This has ALWAYS been an issue with this pharmacy even before covid so STOP SAYING COVID IS THE REASON FOR NOT DOING YOUR JOBS! This happened with my husbands and we ended up having his called in to a different pharmacy for this same issue! Lesson learned this will be the LAST TIME I USE THIS PHARMACY!

More often than not, we have to wait 3-4 days for prescriptions to be filled. My mother in law has Medicare and Medicaid. She usually has a small out of pocket payment, which she shouldn't. Medicaid should be picking up any co-pay. They've screwed up on my b.i.l. insurance more than once. He's had to give them his insurance info at least 3 times.I'm going to be switching pharmacys. I'll gladly drive 4 extra miles, to have meds done when they say they'll be ready.

I love the staff here I feel like they care about their customers and that's a breath of fresh air!!! After dealing with another pharmacy for the last year!! I'm happy for transferring to Walmart ?
