Don't like the fact of self check out,, and not a 10% employee discount for me checking out my own shit.
When 10 employees are standing in the area and are watching me do tbeir job.
Don't feel that is right,..
The bad this about it is myself and a friend I work with, installed the S.O.B'.s.. in a few stores for Walmart Corporate

Had my credit card information stolen when I used a selfie check out. The next day a change showed up at Walmart.com
Called the store and they basically said it was my problem.
Note I do not use this card for online shopping or changes & had not used card in over a month
Called back the next day and talked with a different person more friendly and easier to work with. She said she would inform the general manager and send it up the line

Hate self checkout. Only one person doing checkout is a sweetheart, but slower than anyone I have ever seen doing that job. Often there are 3-5 employees standing and watching self checkouts while at least one of them could help checkout instead of looking at their phones.

Pharmacy technician Tracy. I understand she is doing her job. I don't understand Why, At first Tracy talks to me in a rude and annoyed tone, until Tracy finds out I'm struggling and will not receive any help from the Pharmacy and will have to go to the ER. She then changes her tone from rude, annoyed and uncaring to sounding very happy and satisfied is unsettling and very unprofessional.

Everyone there is nice and friendly to talk to, except for their team lead Britney during the day. I tried making a short conversation with an associate there while shopping asking questions. And she yells his name and gives him a hand gesture indicating for him to move it. Britney has bad manners when it comes to customers

It's aight. They have some pretty cool foreign isle things, but I don't like that a machine checks you out if you don't put things on the scale in a certain way. Their salmon is pretty good too.

They closed their pharmacy 7 minutes early.
Don't post hours of operations if you don't want to follow them. It was not due to staffing either because I saw two employees inside. This isn't like a food establishment. We are talking about medications that someone may need.

It’s a good store, good workers for the most part.
The carts ALL OVER the parking lot is annoying, carts are pushing out to the parking lot road because of how much carts are in their outside cart placeholders it’s hard enough to park there but with carts everywhere but inside makes it worse.

Clean store, has most of what I need normally. Most employees are friendly, however, not helpful and do not acknowledge you. If I have a lot of items, I’m having to scan and bag it all myself. I find that the employees stand at the end of the checkout isles just chatting with each other and getting paid to do nothing, when they could be helpful and help you bag at least a few of your items, especially when you have young child with you and you have a cart full.
If I go to Winco, I can at least have someone scan my items and not just talk to their coworkers while ignoring you, and I can be bagging my own groceries as they go, which still goes much faster than me doing it all on my own and trying to wrangle in an eight-year-old that is bored.

I visited the Walmart neighborhood pharmacy today on 6-11-24. I haven't used this pharmacy for a few years now but recently transferred my daughters prescription to this location. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had today.
Talk about being extremely helpful! They were on point! My daughters previous pharmacy failed to transfer her precaution from trying earlier in the day.
As I'm standing here writing this review, Im hearing and witnessesing the pharmacy manager Gohar Qadeer call the other pharmacy and questioning why this prescription hasn't been faxed over to them after having earlier been requested. Mr Qadeer was professional but stern in handling this issue.
That's customer service! Absolutely awesome! a manager like that you hope sticks around for a long time!
I can't forget to mention the pharmacy technician Linda, who assisted me at the register. Amazing! Thank you, you guys.

The way the employees stare at me while I’m shopping and following me around and then at self checkout about 3 to 4 employees watching me like a hawk!!! AND YET I NEVER GOT GREETED NOT ONCE!!! Tragic terrible experience.

I bought chicken breast. And pork on different days. The meat is all rotten. It's very hard and annoying to take back rotten meat.

Great little market easy in and out remodel added more stock, sometimes the employees are working in a place that we need something and it is difficult to get them to move i almost got run over by an employee that was moving a large cart. And looking backwards rather than where he was going

It's a good grocery store to shop over righty of foods and cans and good atmosphere.Good prices on some items.That recommend it
