I was told this branch is closing their drive thru service because it's not as busy as they would like it to be and that the teller working that service would be more useful helping walk in customers. So now walk in customers get to stand in an even longer line than we do now and customers who find it difficult to walk and/or stand for long periods of time get to have a service which they have used for years taken away from them. Wonder if this is a violation of the American Disability Act?

Every time I have gone in I have had great customer service with friendly attitudes. Never more than a few minutes wait time. Miriam helped me today and did a great job quickly taking care of my transaction and was very pleasant and personable at the same time!

The most incompetent bank closes the accounts for everything and the customer service over the phone needs to have more training to be able to serve people they don't even know how to explain anything

Terrible customer service from Juliana, very condescending, seemed impatient. Very rude several times and also speaking to us in a very condescending tone. There’s a difference between being very professional and being condescending, so I know the difference and I know for a fact that Juliana was NOT being professional towards us. We had questions and she was very short with us, her facial expressions did not help either because she kept looking at us as to why we didn’t know the answer. Hopefully she was having an off day but still treating people like that should not be tolerated, and if she was not having an off day then she should be retrained.

My mother passed away in 2004. My mom had a park model RV financed through Wells Fargo. And a trust account through first security bank. That was bought out by Wells Fargo.and Also had life insurance on the rv. I went into the Caldwell Branch with a death certificate. My state issued ID to collect the benefits. Instead of paying off like they should have. Wells Fargo hid assets. And stonewalled me. It is my opinion that this Bank should not be trusted. With all the fake accounts and lawsuits. Over fake accounts. The press speaks for itself.

My husband and I opened an account here in 1989. Over time my husband started using other accounts for business but I kept this account and I kept this Wells Fargo for personal checking. 33 YEARS I used this account. When I started working outside of the home my automatic deposits have been made into this account, everything was okay. Then sadly this spring, my mother-in-law passed. Then in June my husband split his pelvis and broke his hip. Thus delaying his duties as executor for his mothers banking accounts at the very same Wells Fargo. Two weeks ago he and his sister went to Wells Fargo to close his mother's accounts. The clerk closed his mother's account and then changed the address on MY account, then she CLOSED my account. I started getting notifications on my phone of address changes, then closure on my phone and called the bank to speak to the manager and ask what in the world is going on. Meanwhile my husband called and said the clerk he and his sister were dealing in regards to his mother's business "accidentally" closed my account! I speak to the manager and she is blaming my husband for the account closure but said to not worry she will figure out a way to fix all of the mess her incompetent clerk created. Well she called back and told me she couldn't recover or reverse anything the INCOMPETENT clerk did and said we will create another account next week and fix all of this. Next week came, nothing. Then an email, your account is closed. Then I logged into my account, ZERO balance! Where did my money go? No notification, no plan, nothing from my bank of 33 YEARS!! Now I have 5 working days to open another account, get the State of Idaho to deposit my salary into a new account, direct the automatic payments out of my CLOSED account to another account! Meanwhile, after getting notified my account is closed in finality, I called the bank and the inept, ineffectual, inadequate manager wouldn't take my call. I called the WellsFargo 1-800 "help me" line and she was appalled at my experience and did her best to help me. She let me know that the money I had in my CLOSED account will be sent to me via check in 3 to 10 business days. Now you tell me, how do I pay my bills, buy groceries, fuel my car while my money is being mailed to me via a chexk in 3 to 10 business days?! And where do I find the time to get a new account and transfers needed....all of this done in my work week? If you bank at this bank, get out while you can! If you are considering this bank, Wells Fargo located at 823 Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, ID, not only turn away BUT RUN! This bank is a DISASTER waiting to happen to poor people!

Website shows open for select hours on Sat. But drive-thru are all closed and notes on doors say use drive thru. Tried calling from parking lot received message there was no one to take calls. Called main service number, held for 20 min for a banker before line was disconnected.

I've used this bank several times, the staff Is friendly, but the drive thru service is as slow as it can get. My average wait is around 25 minutes in line and this isn't new, I've been using this branch for 9 months. No other branch is nearly as slow.

This location doesn't have a lot of options when it comes to parking, so it doesn't make much business sense to place the drive-thru closed sign at the actual drive up. Then customers are forced to pull back out into traffic and go around the block to find street parking. It's rather frustrating to find this drive thru its closed most of the time lately. It's probably time to find a new bank!!

The reviews speak for themselves. The absolutely ignorant useless employees are of no help. They constantly seem inconvenienced by customers or like they hate their jobs. Which, guessing by how the people who appear to be in charge here act, they probably do hate their jobs.
