I really like this therapy place and gained bending my knee after surgery. Matt is an awesome, friendly physical therapist and the employees are very friendly.

Brenda Reed is the best ! My twins have been seeing her for years and she truly had their best interest at heart and always has great ideas for food therapy!!!!! They are progressed so much since seeing her !!!! The staff( receptionist are all so very nice as well , especially the gentleman who always calls to remind us of appts and answers the phone )

I had a total knee done and chose WV therapy because it was close. I am so very dissatisfied with their service and care, I didn't get the feeling they are there for you at all. My first session wasn't scheduled till almost 3 weeks after my operation, which is not a plus at all, also because it was over the holidays my sessions were not close even after I was scheduled. They only had me working on one thing while I was there each time, did ice after. One time they had me do a stretch and stairs. The feeling I got was they were only there to get paid. Not to mention they don't really have alot of equipment to even work with. I will not go back to WV therapy and I would not ever give them good reviews to anyone asking. I have a really hard time to even pay them. The services I got was not worth the charges.

Was receiving water physical therapy. I’m very disappointed due to the way I was treated. I was 5 minutes late to therapy due to traffic. She refused to do my therapy and told me to do it myself. Then she left. My therapy was at WMCA in Caldwell. Other times she would ask me to wait in swimming pool and I would have to wait 5 to ten minutes for her and she would release me early so I wasn’t getting my allotted time. I will not be returning to this therapist.
