Worst customer service. This walgreens on 10th and ustick is awful! Management hides and or runs off and leaves the store for lunch in the middle of helping a customer.

I have great concern for the pharmacist Melissa competency to process prescriptions. She filled a script that read QID as daily. When I called to question the directions she said that was a normal dosing and it's the doctors office's responsibility to call it in correctly, even a tech would have recognized that Clindamycin is dosed every 6 hours (QID) and not daily. Straight up rude and dismissive. I will not be using this incompetent pharmacy in the future.

I dropped off a Walmart box with shoe return .. I had my phone with QR code, young girl maybe 23 took my box which wasn't taped shut .. did something on computer register , I'm still holding out my phone but she says ok . I said don't u want to scan this? She didn't pay any attention to what I said ... so I said r we ok ? Yep so I left box . I got a call next day saying it's not labeled . I said why didn't she hand it back to me ? It's so sad customers have to drive back to pickup boxes that cashiers are not trained or know their f-in jobs .. training , speaking to customers , since CoVID it's a sad state our stores r in to hire none caring employees !!!

My scripts always take over a week to fill. I can't call in either because I don't have time to sit on hold for over ten minutes waiting for someone to answer. When you finally get through, they tell you to come back the next day to pick up. Lines aren't long, they just don't move. I recommend going to the Walmart across the street or the Walgreens down the road, because this pharmacist doesn't know how to manage, and the other pharmacies do just fine for me.
