“Everyone was friendly. I overheard they were short staffed but no one seemed overwhelmed, they did what they had to do to help everyone. The mechanic that helped me, Carlos Salinas, was very helpful, polite and professional. He did his best to get the oil change done on a timely and reviewed with me results/findings. I will be returning and recommend.”

“I was visiting my parents in Caldwell and when I started my car, the tire pressure warning lamp illuminated. Upon checking my tires, one was low and had a screw in the tread. I topped it off and drove to the nearest Les Schwab to see about a tire repair. I was quickly helped by the friendly staff at the counter and given an estimated time of completion of 2 hours (it was a BUSY Monday morning!). When I got back to pick up my car, Baldo was the friendly technician who did the repair and explained to me what was fixed. When I asked what I owed them, he said this one is on us. The peace of mind was immense, and I’m grateful for the knowledgeable and excellent people at Les Schwab for keeping me on the road, safely. Bravo to all at this location, but especially to Baldo!”

“Part of this issue is my fault to begin with.Dont trust reviews that a shop has low prices ,just because somebody said so. I should have asked how much this shop charges to mount and balance 4 new tires before i gave the ok. This shop so far as i can see did a good job at mounting and balancing my tires, but most shops include generic rubber valve stems in their price for mounting. Not this shop. I paid $25 a valve stem , $ 20 a tire and $4 a tire to recycle my tires .This was a grand total of $196. This is the most i have ever paid to get tires mounted on any vehicle i have ever owned. I can safely say i will avoid this shop the next time i need to buy or mount any tires.I would not recomend this shop. Update....Loya tires found a mistake on my invoice and refunded me the difference... This shop did a good job on my tires. I have changed my rating..This tire shop really made things right, and i woud definitely go to them on my next tire mounting and balancing. Thank you”

“This has been my tire store since moving here, and I've been a customer for many years. I bought a set of tires online and made an appointment for installation at the overland store by mistake. The marketplace store is my closest store I always use. So I cancelled the overland apt and made one for the marketplace store. Well I thought the ordered tires would be re-routed to the marketplace store, but they were sent to the overland store. When I arrived to the marketplace store, of course my tires were not there. Reece was able to find a similar set of tires they had in stock, cancel the overland tire order, and get them installed on my car. The guys in the marketplace store have always been top notch, and I recommend this location 100%. Thanks to both stores for helping me fix my screwed up tire order!”

“These guys are awesome! I have been here 2 times I have had a nail in my tire and they have helped me out right away. Other places have these crazy weight times, but I am in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will be back”

“I have been a loyal Les Schwab customer for more than 20 years, and there is a reason I continue to trust them with all of my vehicles. Over the years, they have consistently treated me like family, performed their work with the utmost professionalism, and gone above and beyond to make sure every issue was handled properly. My most recent visit was another perfect example of their exceptional service. I dropped my car off before business hours, planning to call when they opened at 8:00 a.m. Before I even had the chance, someone from Les Schwab called me at 7:50 a.m. They already knew who I was and were ready to take care of me. That level of attentiveness and personal service is rare, and it truly meant a lot to me. I fully trust the team at Les Schwab and the quality of the work they do. They have earned my loyalty many times over, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for more than 20 years of outstanding, dependable service and for always making me feel like a valued customer!”

“I had plans to meet my son for lunch, but a flat tire got in the way. A few phone calls and rearranged plans later, a service technician was at my vehicle, filling the tire and finding the culprit. He explained what could possibly leave the hole in my tire and installed a temporary patch. When it was good to drive, I took it straight to the South Nampa store. They were expecting me and had a permanent patch placed in no time. Exceptional professionalism and timely service! Thank you!!!”
