Went to check out a Subaru, my prepurchase inspection came back with a lot of issues. When I brought it up to him he told me it's a used car and they aren't perfect. He said he had the car looked at but didn't know the parking brake was held together with chicken wire. Would not recommend buying a car here.

Sold us a car that had a burnt out check engine light and we live in Utah and it didn’t pass emissions. I understand we bought the car as-is but the guy was so incredibly rude when I called to ask about it. It’s going to cost us $5k to fix, which is more than we bought the truck for. They are ripping off hard working people and aren’t empathetic in the slightest bit. Dishonest and rude.

I went in to look at two different Subarus. Asked the man working if there was any issues with the vehicles in question and he said no. Took them on a test drive and found out that the first car transmissions wasn’t working properly and the 2nd car had leaking transmission fluid and engine oil. When we told him about this, he snapped at us telling us used cars are not perfect and are going to have issues. Had no reason to lie to us about there being no issues than get mad when we tell him about them. Wont come here again

The car has turned out to be an absolute lemon, plagued with multiple issues that should have been caught and addressed before being sold. My experience with ABC Autos has been nothing short of a disappointment, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter with others.First and foremost, the air conditioning system in the Ford Fiesta I bought from ABC Autos is absolutely horrendous and requires much more than a recharge. It fails to provide adequate cooling even on the mildest of days. It is frustrating to endure unbearable heat inside the vehicle, especially during scorching summer months. The fact that the AC is defective reflects a severe lack of quality control by ABC Autos.Moreover, the airbags in this car are a major safety concern. In the event of an accident, I have serious doubts that they would provide any meaningful protection. This blatant disregard for safety is not only alarming but also raises serious questions about ABC Autos' commitment to customer well-being. Selling a vehicle with faulty airbags is inexcusable and exposes unsuspecting buyers to unnecessary risks.To add insult to injury, the radio in the Ford Fiesta I purchased from ABC Autos does not work at all. It is incredibly frustrating to spend time behind the wheel without any form of entertainment or even basic functionality. I find it astonishing that a supposedly reputable dealership like ABC Autos would allow such a fundamental feature to be defective.Overall, my experience with ABC Autos and the Ford Fiesta I purchased from them has been an absolute nightmare. The lack of attention to detail and the presence of multiple issues with the car, including a faulty AC, questionable airbags, and a non-functional radio, demonstrate a severe lack of professionalism and integrity on the part of ABC Autos.I strongly advise potential car buyers to exercise caution and avoid ABC Autos. This dealership has failed to deliver on its promises and has proven to be utterly unreliable. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and trustworthy dealership that values customer satisfaction and sells vehicles of higher quality!

abc auto took advantage of a single mom. he sold my sister a ford focus, and in a 1 week the transmission went out on it. while test driving the vehicle, the car slowed down and he told her that it was because it sat through the winter and just needed a good drive. she believed him and bought the car that day. 1 week later while picking her daughter up from daycare, the car did not want to go into reverse and would not move. he had an attitude while diagnosing the car not even 20 min before she picked up her daughter that day and said everything was fine. we will be pursuing legal going forward

Bought a 2,500 doller truck from here the guy said the brakes where squishy and nothing else was wrong well the brakes don't work at all because of a hole in the vacuum line and my front right ball bearing was out this vehicle could have totally injured people and I'm glad I got it checked by a professional before something bad happened if you buy from here please be careful they do not care about the safety of a vehicle, always get it checked

Was looking at a truck at the lot walked in and asked if he could unlock it and possibly let us test drive it with out any hesitation said nope your to young didn't ask me my age nothing in 18years old need a tuck but because of ppl like this I may never get one
