I used to spend hundreds a year at Bath & Body Works, but I feel that once they have a loyal customer, they no longer care about that customer. I no longer receive the promos in the mail I once did, however, my children do even though they don’t have the app. Perhaps the company feels that the app is equivalent in points and rewards, however, it is NOT!! Also, I commented on the dozens of compliments I received daily on one of their scents, only for that particular scent to never return and nothing that is comparable to that scent. Most scents are overpoweringly fruity or cologne/perfume smelling. I have now switched to Sol de Janeiro for my lotion, body wash and body spray. It may cost more, but the product is so much more worth it than Bath & Body Works within the last few years.

A store in the area that actually smells good is always a plus. Associates were very friendly. Now there is a reason and a pretty good one why I would trust yelp reviews over google ones. In this area right after any new store opens we start seeing all bunch of 5 star reviews from recently created accounts of friends and relatives. Even their google hours are posted incorrectly and they do not open at 6 am, which I thought is a bit suspicious who wakes up that early to stock up on all the fragrances? No hours are posted outside on the door I know especially in this area google hours are often posted incorrectly, so I decided to take the picture of their entrance for future references. Was surprised to see none are posted Ok. Now I was picking an on-line order on Friday luckily for me way past 6 am and after receiving an e-mail confirmation that "order was ready for a pick up". Now if they were not open yet till 11 am why would we receive a notification that order is ready for a pick up? Another thing about pickups: Looks like Ms Sherher could use some extra training. I prefer buying in person, but my wife prefers ordering on-line even though in our meek area it rarely saves that much time. So if I stop by to pick up her order and one of the associates insists I show them my wife's ID to them it is weird to say the least. Plus if she would had paid any attention on the order it is listed precisely who will pick it up and my full name was added.

I love this place so much! I walked in not knowing what I wanted. I was staring at shelf after shelf and out of 4 employees one came up so happy and energetic, it made me feel like she really wanted to help me. She heard my thoughts and SHOWED me what I may have liked baised on the smells I like! 10/10 Happy with Employee Lily!
