Purchased a brand new lance camper from them this spring of which we have continued to have problems with. The latest issue has taken over a month to fix and seems to be that the dealer and lance themselves are unwilling to want to take care of it at the moment.

Where to start…
1). We put down a large down payment insisting we wouldn’t be upside down on our 22 shadow cruiser. Not even a year later, we were upside down. Even their own lot refused a positive sell price with us—when they assured us we wouldn’t be upside down.
2). Do not buy a shadow cruiser if you are looking for a solid trailer. Just about everything has leaked on ours. First it was the cheap plastic bathroom faucet (which I had to upgrade). Next it was the bathroom toilet (also had to upgrade). And now it’s the cheap plastic fitting on the back of the shower handles. Everything is built with cheap plastic parts and they WILL break.
3). Half of our window blind covers have completely fallen off of the walls.
4). Most of our weatherstripping around our slide out came undone after 2 months of owning our trailer and tons of the finish trims were poorly attached and have come loose.
5). My gas distributor has leaked since we first purchased the trailer so I can only use one tank at a time.
6). Whenever you speak with their service department for any help they are generally defensive (with the exception of one lady). Additionally, I was told it would be months before they could get my trailer in for repairs and I can’t afford to wait that long so I’ve had to repair it everything myself.
I try to give credit where credit is due. I am not a fan of tearing down local businesses and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. However, this message serves as a warning to others who may be considering purchasing a shadow cruiser. They have a lot of issues.
As for the sales service at the time we purchased our trailer, Mike was good and friendly.
Update 8/30/25: more issues—as anticipated. Our toilet is leaking for the second time since purchasing the trailer. I’ve also had to replace a majority of the framing screws. All of the running light wires are hanging down because they are strapped with zip ties. The awning assembly is falling apart and we never even use the awning.
Very dissatisfied with the quality of this trailer and the lack of care from the providers. Do not purchase a shadow cruiser and if you want long term quality service, I recommend going elsewhere.

We purchased a new to us trailer. On our last walk through we had lots of questions the guy was fairly knowledgeable and was good about getting Jaden (technician) to help us with things he didn’t know the answers to. We found the inverter had been removed by the previous owners., making the fridge inoperable for use if the trailer isn’t plugged in!!! We do a lot of dry camping, so this is a huge problem for us. Parris RV stepped up and got us a new inverter installed the next day! On pick up day, Jaden came out to help us again. He WAS FANTASTIC! He spent extra time walking us through things, helping teach us, and tweaking any last minute requests. Jaden’s Dad (sorry I forgot your name 😖) was great about battery questions and help. I was very impressed with Jaden and the rest of the Parris Pocatello team!! I will definitely be back and will recommend them to friends and family. Excellent job!

Great experience, never rushed into anything, explained everything thoroughly and professionally, gave us a good trade in value for our used trailer, the prep on our new trailer was awesome, Jeff and Gary were great to deal with, i would definitely give Parris RV in Pocatello 5 stars!!!
