Just like FedEx to be behind the times. Can't even return a box without a receipt, even through you just bought it 3 hours ago with the same person. I mean every big business I visit emails me a receipt or looks it up by my card number. Heck even a small business can do it. There is no reason for paper only receipts in a modern world. Just a waste of paper.
I guess the two of them were just to busy scrolling a customers Facebook and talking about it while I waited.

Michael was so helpful. I came in a wreck, puffy red crying eyes, still in pjs and hair standing in all directions and food stains all over me. But I was treated with respect and such kindness. Michael helped me and explained how to use the fax and copy machines. BEYOND patient with my lack of any technology understanding. It was an enjoyable experience with over the top customer service! Thank you Michael, and thank you for treating me as if I walked in there with a million dollars. It really helped a worst day made livable. Thank you for giving me a reason to smile because people can be kind and Thank you for being that.

I never do reviews. But Ti & Mike are the very best! For sure the best customer service in Pocatello. These two are what employers pray for.

Ti and Mike are awesome to work with! They are the epitome of taking care of a customer. Very friendly every time I walk in and they take care of all my needs in a professional and timely manner. We ship quite often, and have tried many other companies and locations and this FedEx is by far the best. Cannot recommend this location and these particular employees enough! Will not ship anywhere else!

I visited FedEx Office and ship at this location 45 minutes before they closed. I was greeted and treated very courteously by a lovely woman named Nicole. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and assisted me with my oversized copying needs.I would strongly suggest this location to others and I intend to return to this store in the future. People like Nicole are what make or break a store, she most definitely makes this one.

I come in about every 3 months to get some work related files printed. Usually I use the print and go option sadly on the day I had waited 2 hours and still hadn't received confirmation. So stopped in and spoke to Mike who had said that there was some global issues with the service and offered to have me send it directly to the store. Within minutes I had what I needed printed laminated and paid and out the door. This location and the employees there always go above and beyond. Any boss that has employees like this is darn lucky for them and all they do. And if I could bake I would bake them brownies lol

Had some flyers printed and had to fax documents. Quality was great and customer service is always top notch. We will definitely be switching from the other shipping/print carriers in town.

I had to return a package via Fed Ex. I was extremely pleased they were open on Saturday but the best part was Michael who was working at the Chubbuck, Idaho location on 7/25/23. He is an outstanding employee. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. After talking with him, I chose to take the time to give this local office and employee a 5 star!!!
