The employee working the drive thru was great (this time) and our order was correct on the receipt. What was in the bag was a grilled cheese not the grilled chicken club ordered and paid for. My lactose intolerant friend had to make chicken nuggets at home for dinner. The previous visit (a couple weeks ago), the drive thru person was kind of rude and the order was dumped into the bag and but I guess at least we got all of the food we paid for that time. I've never had bad service or drastically wrong orders before the last couple of months and it'll be a VERY long time before I go here again because of this.
