They don't take credit card and they only send you an invoice every few months at best. If you are late he charges you a fee, even without an invoice.
He is fake nice, he is actually kind of curt and short.
He said he would be sending me my refund after I canceled service but I never received it.
Dude runs his operation out of the back seat of his car. Loves to hold you to his contract even though he changes the terms without writing or verbal warning.
So many red flags.

Sometimes i am made to feel unwelcome , or that im being secretlywatched or spied on , and intimidated to leave , even though I PAY FOR THE SPOT .

If I ever need a storage unit again I would check here first. I was with them for 2 plus years and when COVID hit our house we lost half of our income permanently. I won't lie I got behind but they were willing to work with me until I could get it caught up. All they asked was for me to follow through with what I said I would do. They are amazing and caring people.

We have been with Highland storage for nearly 20 years. Over the years we have had personal challenges with finances a few times and Highland has ALWAYS been kind and compassionate and worked with us. The most recent 10 years we haven't had any late payments and they continue to be kind and good to their customers. In the entire time we've rented from them, our rent has always been FAR below the market price. They always give excellent customer service and treat people fairly.When some vandals broke into our unit, Highland storage was helpful and kind again in helping us get it sorted out.Today I called to end our rental because we are buying a house and he was so nice. He knew who I was and which unit was mine. He recalled the fact that we had been customers for so long.I would absolutely rent from them again in the future and recommend them.Some of the reviews on here are bad because people's unit got broken in to, but that can't always be prevented. Or if you don't pay your bill, that is also no reason to speak poorly of the business.Dave and Ed have always answered the phone when I've called and been very helpful. This is a local small business and I think they are treating people fairly.

When i was in the area for a few months for work this was the first storage facility i checked out because it was closest to where I was staying. Speaking with Edward really put me at ease with storing some of my belongings in a storage facility (camera equipment that we couldn't really leave where we were staying or in our car).

I am moving all of my stuff out of the unit this month and they won't call me back to tell me if someone needs to meet me out there or not. And they ONLY accept mailed in money orders or checks, it's very inconvenient. You can't run a successful business like that now days when everyone uses online payments and cards for everything.

If you are looking for a storage facility this is not the place you want to go. I rented from them for over two years and was overlocked twice which in reality was my fault but when i paid my bill i asked to deliver the money owed so i could get into the unit asap but was told only mail payments and both times it took atleast two weeks to get someone to unlock it. Also recently i was told i owed x amount and started making payments to get caught up in which i thought i had but then when i called to get into it i was told it was double what he told me before. Seems like i was ripped off. Both these brothers are very rude and very lazy and i wouldnt advise renting from them
