Had an checking account and secured credit card with iccu for over 8 years. In that time I raised my credit score to over 700, never late on a payment. I asked them if I could finally have an unsecured card after so much time and good behavior…they denied me saying my credit score wasn’t good enough. I quickly closed all my iccu accounts and opened an account with one of the big four banks. I immediately applied for a credit card and guess what…instantly approved with a $5000 credit limit. Iccu is horrible!

ICCUs ATM ripped me off $60 and when I contacted them, they said it wasn't their problem. They didn't send a tech out or shut the ATM down to keep this from happening to other people. Thankfully ,I bank at a different institution and only used iccus ATM becuse ours was being serviced. Beware. Don't use their ATMs if you don't bank with them. They'll charge you a service fee and keep your money and card

Your fees are outrageous, you workers are rude, weve banked there for 30+ years and you used to have nice people there, but all these younger workers are snappy and rude. Every time I have to call for a problem on my account I dread it. I used to speak so highly of you all and recommend you to everyone. As soon as my loan through you is paid off, I will be closing my accounts.

I have to share this whether or not this HELOC gets approved I'm hoping it does I don't see any reason why not but even if it doesn't I have to say that Mr. Steven C. has been exemplary in his demeanor his professionalism and information in applying for this home equity line of credit we are repeat ICCU customers and in most grateful for the knowledge and expertise and courtesy we received thank you so much we are grateful

They are unreasonable about negotiating overdraft fees One representative reversed a couple. Another scoffed at my request. Does ICCU rely on pricy fees for profit? They seem so reluctant to even reverse a excessive ATM usage fee applied to my savings account. A great deal of discrepancy of service from one teller to the next. Used to really like the company, then started having a lot of security issues, I understand not directly their fault. However the final straw, and real kicker for me was when they blocked my account because they were trying to reach one of my family members about something going on with their account. They didn't even tell me, I had to call them to figure out why my card declined at the pump. As a soldier I was very lucky I was stateside when this happened or I could have come back to find out that I was now homeless because they blocked my account without legitimate cause.

We just closed on our first home with ICCU. It took less than 30 days to close after we started our initial application. Amy has gone out of her way to take care of us, and we appreciate all the work she did for us. We've had all of our questions answered from the beginning all the way to the end. (And I had a lot of them). Thank you ICCU and thank you Amy!

I don’t like ICCU. They think they run Pocatello and stomp on the little guy any chance they get. MACU is much better and I would never bank with ICCU even if I was forced to.

I absolutely hate this Credit Union. From how they do business to the people they hire to do business. Nevertheless, people in Idaho still wants to be members. Unbelievable.

I work with ICCU on a few different levels and I am extremely satisfied with their service. First, I am a customer and their service is always exceptional and such a nice change from the banks. Second, I work with their loan officers on a regular basis with my business. Selena Wheatley and Crystal Iverson are absolutely amazing and always get the job done for us! Third, I just really appreciate all they do for the community here in Pocatello/Chubbuck. They are one of the largest employers in Pocatello/Chubbuck, they invest heavily back into the community and they continue to grow and expand here. Most companies that have grown to this size would have moved their corporate offices to Boise but I am so happy they see their value here and our value in this hard working little town.
