Fantastic customer service. Horrible economics! My heart loves this organization, but when it comes down to financially helping people, they won’t. We’ve been turned down by them on so many investments that other banks have approved us for and they’ve paid off well. They operate strictly off of a piece of paper and not off of a piece of opportunity.

Mortgage department is terrible. Their loan officers are completely unreachable. Don’t bother trying to call them they won’t answer and they definitely won’t call you back. Also we get a different story on what they can offer and/or what they require for a loan. Not sure what’s going on but I wish I would’ve know before I let them pull my credit
