It started in 2015, when I lost my wife sadly. Not knowing what to do I decided to put our Affairs in storage to give me time to decide what I was going to do! It was not a big cost at the time, only $40/months. It was a mid size storage and gated so secured was a plus. Brick unites was a strong construction. Having a hard time finding a home to purchase, this aloud me more time to continue to look. Then one day I receive a letter informing me that the cost of the united would be increased to $80. I continue to rent the space but was not impressed with the cost increase. Now, with the cost increase not once during the 10 years of paying did any improvements ever done! I did have mice, a lot of dirt and wind that enter the unit. At no time was I ask if we could improve the unit! I do believe that some kind of improvement should have been done. I was never late or penalized for non payment in 10 yrs. What would that tell a business? It tells me I am very glad to have them as a customer and welcome them back. I would have sent a letter of appreciation with a gift card thanking them for being a great customer. The service at the Chubbuck location was very good. The manager was always helpful and courteous when calling the Office. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking to rent a unit. They will treat you very well as long as you keep up to your obligations. I had a request with a friend of mine needing me to oversee his unit. They called me to inform me that he was behind. I explained to them that he had been ill and was relocated and had passed. Very understanding and said to keep them updated and call if anything they could help. So they do help and care.

Intermountain Self Storage is easy to deal with. I had 6 storages at one time and they were able to put all of them on the same row and close to each other. I would highly recommend them.

Intermountain Storage is the cleanest place I have ever used. Easy access all year long. Highly recommend this location for space needs. Staff are wonderful.

The storage area was clean when we arrived. Staff was helpful and communicative during rental, move in, and move out. Price was reasonable for services provided.

For the most part a seamless experience. I had been ready to get my stuff out for a few months but, got a final warning in the mail which was my only warning received that I needed to provide proof of Insurance within only a few days or else the company would purchase it for me and add it to my bill. This got me moving and time to get out. I didn’t appreciate this. A number of days later I received an email from them saying they were no longer requiring and an apology. I would store here again.

Storage not sealed. Tons of dirt and debris all over personal property. After three years of renting, there was at least a quarter of an inch of dirt in the unit.

I used the storage off of Linden Street. I found my unit clean and I liked the location. It was easy to sign up and get a unit and easy to cancel. I will definitely rent from here again when I need to. The location is also good for the Pocatello/Chubbuck area. Its close to a freeway entrance/exit that can get you where you need. I

Sign up for a unit was very easy and took only minutes to complete over the phone. Staff is very easy to work with and friendly. Their response time is great!
After that everything can be accessed online and they walk you through all that. Check out is also very easy.
I definitely recommend for a storage unit with Intermountain. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Great storage facility (used the one behind Norco). Perfect for what I needed it for. The auto pay was great and no problems. Great customer service. They hooked me up with a good spot as I had a motorcycle I wasn’t too comfortable driving on rocks (it’s not paved) and I was able to pull it right in from the gate.
