Wrongfully terminated a family member for a "no call no show" when he had proof of calling in and a manager accepted it. Which goes to show that their communication skills are awful as well because he came in for his shift and was terminated on the spot and treated like dirt and was insulted on his way out. The weird "girl power" in this store is outrageous and cringeworthy and they take the term "right to work state" to a whole new level. I wouldn't apply here unless you want to be taken advantage of wholeheartedly and that's being nice. Not a wage to live off of either and they refuse to give you more shifts if you ask. The manager had a personal vendetta because he asked to switch shifts a few times but still ended up COMING IN when employees said no. Weird behavior.

Some random employee (Brian) took the fall for a neighboring location. Really annoyed me that the neighboring location’s hours were off (until *magically* an hour ago). All I can say is your neighboring location employees laughed at people trying to come in. I called the other location and Brian profusely apologized for the other location’s issues. I didn’t ask or accept anything from the employee from this store, but he just listened. I’ve worked at a gas station (currently still) with many chains and franchised stations, and if not for this location’s store, I probably would never patronize another location ever again.

I debated on whether or not I should make this review but decided I should. I went in this Jackson's the other day and was shocked by how rude one of the employees was. A girl around 20 or so was horribly rude to one of her fellow coworkers. She made fun of him and belittled him in front of a couple other costumers. I could tell he was extremely uncomfortable and so was everyone else in the store. I didn't catch her name but her hair was pretty short and the coworker she was being rude to had maybe blue or purple hair. I hate to see coworkers being picked on at work. I hope he goes to HR and reports her.

I was just passing through town, and the employee behind the counter was super awesome! I'm not sure if it was the pheromones or what, but that was hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Jacksons! 10/10! #Givethatgingeraraise

Such a friendly employee. I didn’t catch her name but she was upbeat and so positive considering she was working all night on Christmas Eve. She made sure we had what we needed. Both ATM and restroom in the store. Propane exchange and a red box outside the store. Open 24/7. Clean store. Lots of different sodas and snacks and things like donuts and nachos.

Why oh why can't they learn to fill the cheese dispenser.. Lady wanted to charge me for Nachos because I opened them to find out they were out of cheese.. Not the first time. I cannot count how many times the cheese thing has been empty when I go in to the store.. For the love of god people fill your cheese.. Lol..
