Don't have a complaint. Personally I have not had a bad experience shopping here the staff I have dealt with have always been nice and friendly to both me and my furry babies they also have a great selection of stuff for almost any pet.

Would love to see more salt water fish tanks parts an so forth but they had very friendly an enjoyable people they didn’t know a lot about salt water but were as helpful as they could be with the knowledge they had!!

The employee I dealt with was kind courteous and full of smiles. You could tell he likes his job. The only thing that bothered me it seemed dingy and I get that pet places are not going to smell like a breath of fresh air. The store cleanliness didn't meet my standards but again I didn't shop in the store I shopped online and picked up. I would take helpful and friendly service any day of the week.

The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable about a lot of the items sold. It's a very clean store a very not noisy very quiet place. My fur baby sure enjoys going there. it's pretty simple to find using Google maps.

Super friendly staff!!! Need to carry better selection of human grade food!!
Raw goats milk and some whole prey (like sardines) would be great too!!!

I brought my granddaughter in to get a pet hamster. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable in helping us choose the most compatible pet. Also in helping us choose the best foods, and bedding and care.

Staff there are really friendly and very helpful and there patience is exceptional!
They have a variety of items there fish tanks are down and not currently stocked but offer a variety of tank items. They a smaller store so not as well equipped but still amazing experience I recommend checking them out

Called and asked if they had a specific item, and they did have it ready for me when I went in to pick it up. It would be a higher rating, but I am still giving them a chance.

Might have nice new expensive products for pets but highly recommend you don't trust your pets to be groomed there.

There is always help available, product is displayed nicely and shelves are always full. Staff is very friendly!

5 stars for sure! I brought in a Golden retriever, Labrador & hound dog today and they we all so beautifully cared for every detail was addressed and they were returned to me beaming!!

We went in to look at reptile tanks and we saw they had 6 ball pythons in the same tank on aspen and noticed one had mites. When we told the associate that said its her dept. She said she would take care of it as soon as possible but just gave us the brush ooff.We will never shop at this location or any that treats animals this way.
