  I didn't have the troubles that Laila did. I stopped in to this Walgreens because the ATM inside is in my fee-free network and I was out of cash. The store is laid out the same as just about every other Walgreens I've seen this year from Cape Coral FL to Roswell NM. Snacks and drinks, greeting cards, personal care, cosmetics, over-the-counter drugs and a full-service pharmacy. I was able to use the ATM, browse the store, and be on my way without issue. A-OK.   I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for years; however this experience has completely changed my opinion of Walgreens. I recently changed insurances, so I provided the pharmacy tech with my new card. I assumed that the store charged my new insurance for my prescription. A few days later, I got a Bill from my old insurance company saying that I owe them money for the script I just picked up at Walgreens. The pharmacy tech charged my old company even though I provided her my new card. I called the store multiple times and even went in to get this sorted out. The pharmacy tech promised she would call Walgreens headquarters to get the situation sorted out and she never did. I will never go back to this store. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.
