“The Mall has some nice things to offer. I have one huge plaint about Grm Prep School. I park daily in an area of the PR Mall reserved for a large US Govt Contractor. It is very, very clearly marked with signs, cones, and Jersey barriers. It was there before the school, and GEM PREP School needs to stay out of the lot! Gem Prep does not provide adequate parking for parents to pick up students.”
