“My son had a brake line issue and called AAA for a tow, Denny's contacted us with about ten minutes after our call. They told me it would take about 20-30 minutes. I don't know if luck was on our side or Dennys was just on top of their game, because it ended up being about 10 minutes. The guy took under advisement that the brakes were not working and employed the emergency brake, he was careful with our vehicle and effectively efficient. We've used Denny's in the past, and find them reliable and respectable in this area.”

“I cannot recommend Malachi enough. Came outside of my job to find my vehicle with a flat tire. My other car recently had a flat tire and a different company took care of that one. My insurance sent Stan's Pro Tows to switch my spare on for me. Malachi showed up and was kind from the start. Talked to me the whole time. (Previous company guy was on his phone the whole time). Malachi took the time to make sure my spare was filled up! (Other company did not.) He also filled up my flat to see if he could spot where it might have gone flat from. Turns out it was a valve stem issue. Malachi asked a few times if there was anything else that I needed help with and I truly appreciated him. Thanks Malachi!”

“Update: After U-Haul apparently read this review they refunded the amount that I had been over charged and am happy to still have respect for this company and realize they can't control everything their employees do at the time. I will change the rating once again to the reputable company I had known them to be for multiple decades I've done business with them. END of UPDATE...I'll never rent from this company again as they charge extra fees that they do not tell you about and then try a turn it around on you that it's somehow your fault. No longer a reputable company.”
