I can never get through to the pharmacy when I need to speak to someone about a problem with a prescription. Last try I was on hold for 20 minutes and had to hang up because I had to get back on shift.. I placed this refill order on Friday. The app told me it would be ready Monday at 11:00 am. Went in to the store because it popped up there may be an insurance issues, at 5:00 pm. I was told it wasn't ready and it would be at least 45 minutes. I am so frustrated. I will be checking around to find a new pharmacy. This isn't the first time and I am sure it won't be the last. I love the drive through but it just might be worth it to have to go in, somewhere else so things are at least done correctly and at the time they tell you.

Walgreens CONVENIENTLY offers vaccines and flu shots. Yeah right. Took them 10 minutes to acknowledge I was standing at the counter just to deny a flu shot because there’s only two people on duty. Last time it took them 45 minutes to give me a vaccine even though I had an appointment. Bad service.

This Walgreens has upset me so bad okay let me tell my story I have been faithful customer for years since they opened they've been through quite a few managers and this last manager was the worst ever . I went up to the register I had my dog with me who had had an accident on the floor the manager Daniel came up yelling at me screaming at me in my bubble bullying me telling me to get out of his store. I was in shock I still can't believe how bad he was yelling at me screaming at the top of his lungs to get out never come back I had to go to my car and calm down of course the show of people that showed up they were in shock it's just as much as I was what kind of manager treats his customers this way . Needless to say I called the district manager for our area and he has called me back and apologized but Daniel still works there, I am still waiting for him to call me and apologize that's what I requested but obviously it's not going to happen . Needless to say this manager does not deserve that job. I thought maybe he was having to say bad day but he's always rude I will not go back in that Walgreens and I recommend other people don't go either until they change the manager thank you

I didn't have the troubles that Laila did. I stopped in to this Walgreens because the ATM inside is in my fee-free network and I was out of cash. The store is laid out the same as just about every other Walgreens I've seen this year from Cape Coral FL to Roswell NM. Snacks and drinks, greeting cards, personal care, cosmetics, over-the-counter drugs and a full-service pharmacy. I was able to use the ATM, browse the store, and be on my way without issue. A-OK. [Review 17796 overall - 65 in Idaho - 1317 of 2022.]

I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for years; however this experience has completely changed my opinion of Walgreens. I recently changed insurances, so I provided the pharmacy tech with my new card. I assumed that the store charged my new insurance for my prescription. A few days later, I got a Bill from my old insurance company saying that I owe them money for the script I just picked up at Walgreens. The pharmacy tech charged my old company even though I provided her my new card. I called the store multiple times and even went in to get this sorted out. The pharmacy tech promised she would call Walgreens headquarters to get the situation sorted out and she never did. I will never go back to this store. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.
