This little tiny library has some nice ladies working there, so it's a somewhat pleasant time, at least, because they do not have that much selection inside.
But they can have items transferred easily and quickly over from their sister library in Sandpoint.

This excellent library is part of the reason we moved to Clark fork 10 years ago. It's cozy, with reading nooks, a great periodicals section, music and movies, and free digital resources like Freegal. Yes it's small--the town has fewer than 600 people. Yet the library is always cozy, welcoming, and sufficient. All they need now is a replacement for Pete the Library Cat (RIP). I've found that if I purchase books, I generally don't finish them; but if they come with a due date, I have an incentive to read and explore. In the past year, this library has probably purchased a dozen new books for me. I read the Bookshelf review column in the Wall Street Journal, get excited about some new title (this happens frequently with me), and go to the library website to put it on hold. Sometimes they have it, in which case they ship it to me at the Clark Fork branch. If they don't have it, they'll find it on Inter-library loan; in the recent past this includes 50-lb. art tomes and a book out of print since the 1950s. If they think it'll interest their clientele, they'll buy it. Any way it comes, I receive an email notification and can descend from my snug aerie on the mountainside, snatch my shiny new prize from the friendly library ladies, and flee back home to my cozy chair by the fire to crack it open. No, it's not a big-city library; I don't expect that. It's a gem in this small mountain town, an asset to the folk who live here, and my second-favorite building in Clark Fork.

Very small library. Not that good of a selection. Just go there some times to rent a few movies. But other than that I can't find any books I would like or any that aren't older than dirt. Lol. But the ladies are nice so I give it 3 stars.
