They were busy so it made it difficult to see someone about a bigger issue like setting up a savings account. “A Few days later! I made a 2-star review a few days ago but I want to make it a 5-star review at this time after I was personally contacted by Brendon by phone and we worked things out. He explained what had happened and said it was being taken care of and he was very understanding and willing to make things right. He worked with me and I did tell him I was angry and he understood but after his call I also understood that I don't know what's actually going on behind the scenes so this may sound kinda backwards but although I was angry I am now satisfied that it was not his fault for the lack of response and I am a christian so I also believe in second (and third and fourth, etc.) chances so Brendon THANKS for everything and your kindness to me and here's a 5-star review - you deserve it!”

Recently I dealt with a representative named Alicia Quaintance, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of and that all of my queries were being handled. She got the ball rolling in July on research for the Family Opportunity Mortgage that I had heard about then took time to sit down and explain everything.
