Cool little store. Everything you need or that you forgot on your camp trip. Wood, ice, eggs, milk, bread, dog leashes, kids toys, etc. Also they had a bunch of souvenirs. Hand scooped ice cream that was incredible! Huckleberry cheesecake is the flavor I got and totally recommend trying it!Restrooms: Nice bathroom there!Dog-friendliness: Dogs can't go in the store but they do have a "pooch post" outside to tie them up and a bowl of water. They sell dog items in the store as well.

This is an awesome camping area, kinda far from Sacramento, but visiting relatives and camping with them is always nice. Great place to swim, water is very clear and warm.

This place is beautiful, has variety of sites with or without electricity/water. Nice sandy beach. About anything you need or forgot you can get at the campground store. Store and registration clerks are good. For as deep and large as Priest Lake is, the water is comfortably warm. The Coolin dinner is AWESOME. The Coolin Motel is across the road and is very comfortable and the price is very reasonable. Have to say that I love Priest Lake and Coolin.

Stayed for four nights the 1st part of Oct. Beautiful lake & surrounding mountain view. Our site had a partial lake view. We enjoyed exploring the creek and nature trail inside the campground. I'm giving this campground a 3-star rating due to a few reasons. #1 - Price for out of state guests. $74 a night for water & elec. #2 - Nothing on the state's website about no garbage service, pack in, pack out, which was very inconvenient for out of state guests. #3 - The sites were not too badly placed but were in need of care. They were a mix of tufts of what used to be to be grass and dirt. It appeared some much-needed care was being done in loop a. Hopefully the state will continue upgrading this park. Probably will not return due to cost per night. 32 ft class c

Decent selection and friendly staff. Some of the customers need to learn some manners and treat people with respect. You can find fishing gear, souvenirs, some basic food supplies.

I was very surprised at the large selection of items at the store. It was very well stocked with foods, beverages, souvenirs, camp and camper supplies. The prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding, helpful, quick, and very cheerful.

Loved our Spring break camping trip. There was still snow on the ground but the cabins were open. It was quiet with the entire campground left to the five cabins. It was great family time. The camp hosts who also ran the small store were very sweet. Our power went out during a wind storm and the host and rangers checked up on us and kept us informed on what was going on.
