Just needed a debit card we had already waited 2 weeks for in the mail and they were unable to print one out we are still waiting on it. I left US Bank 25 years ago when I was serving overseas in Kwait and had issues with customer service because of mistakes on their end starting to think nothing has changed in 25 years.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile. Treated with respect and they are always very helpful.

They are rude and stuck up at that branch. They refuse to be cooperative.
