I needed help with my Diahatsu HiJet. They were able to get me in and out the next day. They'd have done it the same day, but I didn't feel like driving the hour to their shop. I'd gladly make that trip today

Had my boat for a month. After repeated calls and showing up, come to find out they did nothing and charged me $700.. The boat was actually worse after I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off... Poor customer service unless you own a $100k boat.. Do not recommend

Just got my boat from them, and took it out; 5 minutes later, alarm, check engine light, and "coolant temp to high". Simple problem - the cap on the fresh water flush was off. Sloppy work caused me a lost afternoon on the water while I was trying to figure this out. Not their first mistake on my boat, so I am not going back.

The only mechanic business I use in town for my cars and boats. Just can't seem to the get the same quality service, expertise, and pricing anywhere else. If i can't figure out the issue, Nathan is the one i go to. Thanks for the great service from you and your Team!!!!!!!

The owner of this establishment is Nathan Wesala, and he is an absolute gem. I came in with an issue I couldn't figure out and he had it diagnosed and fixed in a speedy fashion. Every other mechanic shop around town was going to charge me a few hundred dollars for the wrong thing. Not only did the owner save me money, he charged me an extremely fair price for a job I was prepared to spend much more on.Cannot recommend this shop enough for all of you cars and boats, because of Nathan's knowledge and professionalism he has gained a customer for life

Let me start by saying that I don't normally do reviews unless I have an experience with a company that is remarkably good or bad. I'm afraid in this case it's the latter. I stopped in June 3rd and said I needed to bring in my boat to have them look at the engine, as it was not running properly. They made me an appointment for their next available day, July 8th. No problem, everyone's busy with work, so I wait the month to drop the boat off. When I do, I'm told they'll check it out, if needed order parts, and should have me finished within a week. Fair enough, I wait a week for a phone call that never comes. I stop back in on July 15th and sure enough, the boat is sitting exactly where I left it and has never been touched. I inquire as to what they've discovered and he says they were going to look at it that afternoon and give me a call that evening or first thing in the morning. So I give them one more chance to get their ducks in a row and leave it again for the night. As expected, I show up at 3pm on July 16th and the front man once again has to go in back to talk to Nathan and see what they've found. They concoct a story that it seems to be running fine and they will need to lake test it to further troubleshoot. I know for a fact this was a lie because not only was the boat not moved at all from where it sat in the lot for the last week, but there was clearly only one set of footprints in the dust across the carpet to the helm, mine from when I dropped it off. I politely took the boat and dropped it off at Mark's Marine, where I'm hopeful they communicate with their customers. So far, the difference has been night and day. Quality never has the time to answer the phone, doesn't have time to perform repairs, and are too busy to communicate their poor planning to their clientele. And their entire facility is a mess, it's no wonder they're so disorganized. I don't know if my order was perceived to be a low priority because it was a low value job, but I'm prepared to spend $10k+ for a new outboard if needed. Maybe Quality should reflect on their practices and keep their customers in the loop so they are better able to manage expectations.Service: Engine repair

I’m currently in the process of buying a used boat and Nathan took the time to be present and answer questions even though it was not his boat. Made me feel very confident in making a big decision. I was also impressed by his transparency, telling me what would need to be replaced in the future, how many hours he would charge for that service and his hourly rate making it easy to make decisions regarding the purchase.

One of my wheel studs missing. They noted it but didn't bother to tell me. As we were driving later that day the car started making a lot of noise. They had not tightened the nuts on the driver front wheel. Lucky no one was killed, but no apologies from them. They make excuses.

Horrible experience over the phone. Young lady was clueless and I really don’t know what they do. I was looking to get a Cowling mid piece replaced . She started off by saying they don’t sell parts. Well great. I’m calling about getting my boat repaired. Then told her I had a Bennington and she said they don’t work on pontoons . Then what exactly do you do ? This is a 2016 Yamaha 150 that I needed repairs done. Again just a weird experience with a company that says they do marine repair ???
