I've been banking with STCU for about 5 years. The people who work there are consistently nice but are working with so many broken systems they are always 3 steps behind and can't fix how bad things are. I've avoided posting a negative review because I dont want to bring anyone down. I feel like they are trying but its been long enough to know their trying isnt going to get better. 2 stars for effort. I gave the other location 1 star but this really is the best STCU location so they xan have an extra star. My overall experience with STCU has been terrible. ATM's are always broken. The app/software has delays and glitches that have cost me a lot of money. I have a business account here so transitioning to a different bank is intimidating so I've stayed on but at this point I am just torturing myself continuing to do business with such a terrible bank. I wish them luck in the future but up to this point i would not reccomend STCU to anyone who valued their time, money or sanity. If you do stay on with STCU go this branch. They have the least problems and the best staff.

Walked in there's got to be at least six seven employees in there stood there for 5 minutes nobody helped me they really are not going to be like the courtesy and the service of banner Bank they look like a bunch of preoccupied lack of service given people, didn't see any of the old tellers used to work there so it's obvious STCU replaced them with these people that give s*** service

I've been a member for over 5 years and I've never had any instances of screw ups on the banks part. Always very personable and friendly! I've done business with Dalton Gardens and CDA and have had only good experiences! The only time the lobby is closed is if it's before 9am, in which case the drive through is open. Very happy with this credit union.

I am over this branch! We love STCU and have a ridiculous amount of accounts with them both personal + business. However, this branch makes more mistakes than any bank ever should! They do not listen to the customer at all nor do they pay any attention to detail. This branch has, at least on 4 separate occasions, deposited money + checks into the wrong account. This is after being very clear about what was needed. Sometimes I've caught it after they send out the receipt and sometimes it isn't until late and then it's a whole undertaking to make things right. Sometimes even the most simple of requests is met with confusion + error. For example, I need $20 cash in all $5's. Yes, I swear. I'm over it and will not continue doing my banking at this branch. Oh and they aren't even open in the lobby. Other branches are but this one...drive thru only which I am sure is NOT helping with their constant mistakes, errors and confusion for customers. Start paying attention to the details. This is people's money you are handling.

Mallory Phillip was extremely helpful! She was responsive and helped me with what I needed to the best of her ability. She made me feel important and she was informative and understanding. I couldn't have been helped better! Thank you again for doing what others didnt have the time for Mallory, it means alot to me!! You're the best?

My husband and I went to this branch sometime last week to open up a bank account. Mallory was so helpful and an absolute delight to work with. She made it so easy to set up even though there was a little set back ( had to go back home to get some paperwork) but she was so sweet and just made it a very pleasant experience. Can't wait to see what the future holds for us at stcu!

STCU has structure for people with regular income. Like students and teachers. The systems they have for small businesses are lacking.

STCU member for life! I have always loved STCU, but recently I had trouble with a different financial institution and Katie, my loan officer, helped me from start to finish. If you need any type of loan, go see her. She will go above and beyond for you.

STCU is an awful institution. they charge you overdraft fee after overdraft fee even when your account is in the positive. they have charged me over $1000 in my history with them in non sufficient funds fees and overdraft fees which are 99% of the time given incorrectly because their technology is outdated and awful.

If you are looking for a new bank, look no further!! I opened a business account and they treated me so kindly, answered my questions and followed up with me! They are all incredibly friendly each time I go in!

I've been with STCU for about nine years now or so I believe. They have came a long ways in the technology world and I still notice improvements from time to time. Never had a bad experience with a teller or a loan agent. Now living in Colorado, I continue to bank through them with their mobile app. Only thing that I didn't really like (not enough for lower star) is that, as a business owner, they wouldn't finance equipment for me. They passed me on to what I'm assuming is just an agency they recommend. Overall though, I'm happy with the simple banking.
