Chris is a wealth of knowledge and experience. We have a Sprinter Van that we wanted a complete new sound system including a receiver, speakers, amp and sub woofer and what he installed for us exceeded our expectations. He was so helpful, recommending ways we could optimize the sound quality like installing insulation. We highly recommend Chris and the Audio Shop for all of your audio needs.

If I could do 0 stars I would, do not go to this shop. We took our boat here and he replaced the deck with a deck that is not made for marine, he was told there was a short somewhere with the stereo system and was paid to fix it. After a few tries of attempting to fix it he refused and said to take it to the marine shop, which we have and its not a short issue or wiring issue with the boat. its the stereo deck. Awful customer service, he lacks knowledge on helping! Go elsewhere and save the headache!

I got a new stereo deck installed at Aspen sound, and when I got my car back there was a high pitched buzzing sound 24/7 coming out of my speakers. It was really annoying and after weeks of taking it back there, they couldn't fix it. We scheduled them to take the whole system out. But We brought it to Chris and he took the stereo apart and diagnosed the problem within 45 min and added a part and fixed the buzzing noise. As it was out, he explained everything that was going on and why it was making the noise and knew exactly what to do! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares. Thank God we took it to him before removing the whole stereo!

Tried various big time stores (aspen sound / car toys) and was playing constant phone tag, awful prices, even drove all the way to SPV Just to be told they can't help me anymore after I got off the phone with them and drove all the way. Not only did these places suck with customer service but were charging into the 800s. So I went local, and I'm so glad I did! IMMEDIATE SERVICE!!! Best car service all around. Was originally looked at 530$ but Chris bumped it down to 350 after he saw he didn't need to do the previous thoughts and work in the car. Not only was his service quick but very helpful. He showed me how to hook the radio up to my phone. And gave me a walk through on cool features the radio included. You can tell he truly cares about the work he does ! I plan on going back with my other car for Chris go install speakers on.

Worth your time to stop in here too least look around. If your wanting to upgrade your rides sound you owe it to yourself to stop. I stopped here after the usual amazon f job, with fake reviews and junk products from who knows where. Thats why Im writing this. Chris had nice attitude and willing to share his knowledge so you can make informed choice as to what you need and want to spend your money on. And I didnt buy anything but speaker wire. From now on all my audio money will first stop here. Buy local and Say “F” amazon.

I had no ride I edited while he installed my speaker my hubby bought the amp was no good bought a new one he did it in the time he said no one else would help me went to aspen dound waited three hours walking in the gold just to find out they never took it back I was livid they didn't want to deal with me so thank you for helping me I'd definitely go back there from now on

Did a super good job on putting my stereo in for me. He even ran my wires through my car so it would be easier to hook up my subs. Would definitely recommend him! Super affordable as well.
