Excellent Service! Harold is “Old School” meaning he strives for perfection in his work. His work ethic is exemplary! I WOULD HIGHLY recommend his service! We would have paid 4 times using a company in town... Harold gave us suggestions where to buy our door, size, type & brand. Saving us 3 times the cost.

Harold from the Door Doctor was absolutely amazing. Harold installed 26 doors for me at my home in Post Falls. This is the second house The Door Doctor has installed doors for me. I 100% recommend Harold as he is professional, honest, a great guy, and a true craftsman.

Do not use this company. I deal with vendors all day long and have a lot of experience with both good and unfortunately bad vendors. Unfortunately this vendor was Incredibly un professional prompting me to write this review. I was looking for a door and made 3-4 phone calls before Harold finally returned my call. He said his wife Marlene would call me back to schedule but I never received a call. I had to call back (this was already a bad sign). She took my info and gave me a date and let me know there would be a fee to have Harold go out and provide the estimate which I agreed to. She never once mentioned he needed the check upon arrival. I was not at our store the day Harold was scheduled to come by as I asked they simply call me to discuses over the phone, and I never received a call or a text regarding the appointment but I did get an email with a bill.I replied back to the email asking about the estimate and didn't receive a response. Days later I called to follow up, as soon as Harold knew it was me he escalated the call calling me a liar because there was no check waiting for him on our appt. I tried to explain that I wasn't told that the check needed to be waiting but he just yelled and said there are many good door companies and I should go and find them. I was stunned at our call and couldn't understand why he was so upset over roughly a hundred dollars when I was prepared to spend much more for a commercial door. I guess he is right, there are good door companies, he is just not one of them.

We couldn’t be happier with the friendly and EXPERT service provided by the Door Doctor. We saved $$$ because Harold knew more about our sliding glass door than the manufacturer rep. He also installed our deadbolts and lock sets. Excellent service and knowledge!!!!!
