Mountain Meadow is a poorly run outfit with absentee owners who look to take advantage of out of town guests. Their staff provided very basic instruction including advising our group to follow the trails in their built-in GPS. When two of their units broke down on the trail MM refused to retrieve them and told us it was our responsibility to have them air lifted off the trail. Additionally they threatened to keep the rental contract open until we got the units back to them. We ultimately had to repair and retrieve them on our own to avoid exhorbitant charges from their friend friend the airlift company. After all the units were returned they charged our credit card with unsubstantiated amounts and threatened to sue us if we disputed them. I would caution anyone from renting from this dis-organization.

Mountain Meadow Adventure Rentals is a nightmare to deal with. We rented 4 ATV's from them and 2 of them broke down on the trail. The owner demanded we hire a helicopter to recover them at our cost. We refused and repaired them ourselves. The owner then charged our credit card over $5k without our permission and threatened to sue us if we didn't pay. We are now in the process of taking legal action against this company.

Donnelly ID Polaris Adventure affiliate. Straight forward rental process thru the Polaris app. Our General had Ride Command, highly recommended. Also had mis-matched tires and varying tire pressures... Somewhat to be expected on a rental. All things considered this is a convenient option to owning your own.

We rented a pontoon boat for the first time. My family and friends had a great time. The rental was quick and easy. Thank you Mountain Meadow in Mcall.

These guys were so easy to work with---it made renting a boat and getting on the lake quick and easy. The equipment was in great shape, ran perfectly, and we loved every minute of it. Returning the boat was also so easy---so much easier than dragging our own and loading and unloading it. We will definately be renting from them again.

We rented a pontoon boat and a Rzr while we were up in McCall for a family vacation. The boat and the Rzr ran great and the rental process was simple. The staff took great care of us, helped us with loading our things on the boat and made sure we were safe and prepared for our adventures. Thanks MM Adventures you made our trip a memorable one!

Worst rentals & company ever - DO NOT rent from this place! We rented a boat for my birthday & upon arrival they asked if we could switch boats with another family since their boat's door was broken & they had a toddler; we said sure just to be nice & boy what a bit mistake that was! Literally nothing worked on this boat: all the doors were either broke or missing, the speakers didn't work, the speedometer didn't work & the gas gage also didn't work, so we had no way of knowing if we were starting with a full tank or correctly charged to fill it up afterwards. When I went in to complain to the owner two days later to see if we could get some sort of credit back this was his response: "If you wanted a nicer boat that worked you should've paid more." I'll spare you the rest, but had we known for $600 that we'd have the biggest piece of $hit pontoon boat ever, we wouldn't have booked one in the first place. Also, there isn't an option for a "nicer, working boat" on their website since they don't want you to know they're all over 5 years old, plus the owner is too cheap to even maintain the boats, let alone purchase newer ones. If this is how they treats locals, how will they treat you?!?

I ain't one to complain much, but dang, Mountain Meadow Adventure Rentals in McCall was a real disappointment. We were all excited for this special birthday party and thought everything was gonna be perfect. But let me tell ya, it went downhill real quick. First, they made us switch boats 'cause some family had a problem with theirs. We were nice about it, but little did we know, that was just the start of our troubles. The boat they gave us was a mess. No main door, two broken doors, no speedometer, busted radio - basically nothing worked 'cept the engine. We were pretty mad, but we still tried to have a good time. When my friend called the manager to complain, things got even worse. Can ya believe the owner straight up told her that if we wanted a better boat, we should've paid more? I couldn't believe it. This owner don't care 'bout customers and won't even apologize. So, take my advice and stay far away from Mountain Meadow Adventure. Their boats ain't worth a penny, and their owners and staff got no respect. Try other rental companies in McCall instead.

Would have liked to have heads up about needing money for park pass.Radio was not working consistently.Display on boat was hard to see.Other than that a fun experience! In and out of the office quickly. Waiver on line was helpful.

I booked the RZRs as a surprise for my hubby for our anniversary. He LOVED it! The guides are great and took us on a fast, muddy, and dusty run through some incredibly beautiful landscape. Highly recommend!!!

The bomb! What a great adventure. We rented a Polaris ranger seating four. Took our 5 and 7 year olds on a ride. Late May, still snow in the higher elevations; roads, at elevation, still a little impassable. We had to back out in one place and get wrenched out in another. Bring sandwiches, drinks, and snacks and have a picnic at elevation! The process to rent, sign the waiver, and orient was painless and necessary. They provided safety gear, maps, and good conversation. Try this out, you will not regret it.

You can book either by their web site or by calling. Calling was easier because we had never been before and I had a 16 year old daughter that wanted to try riding by herself. They can do either a tour with a guide or sept guided. We opted for the 4 hour ride with a two hour stop at the hot springs. Please note, if you do this part of the two hours is riding time. You will definitely want to arrive one hour prior to your ride time because it takes a while to get checked in and get all your gear. They offer everything you need so you don’t need your own stuff. I would recommend neck gaiters if you have them because that was the only chilly spot that we had. The waiver process is easy. Ironically, it was half the length of time it took us to fill out the Hot Springs waiver. if you do the Hot Springs, note your mileage upon the start because it’s 20 miles to the Hot Springs and there are times where you might feel that you missed it. The trail is well groomed so you can go fast. And if you keep your eyes open there are lots of areas you can go off and ride off trial. About 6 miles past the turn off to go to the Hot Springs is a grocery store/bar but it was not open when we arrived. There are lots of Fields on the way there that you can ride in. If you are new like us, I think a one hour ride up to the Hot Springs and one hour back was plenty. If you like to go off and focus more on riding, then definitely plan on the five hour or renting the sleds all day.

Professional and very smooth rental experience. Equipment was top notch and the customer service was 5 star from booking to trail drop off at the end of the day. We had friends visit from out of state and Mountain Meadows made it very easy to get all the right gear and have an easy pick up and drop off process. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I will use Mountain Meadows again for all my snowmobile rental needs in the McCall Donnelly area.
